It's Just a Dare

"Good morning guys." Lucy said to her friends as she continued to make breakfast.

"Wow, you seem in a good mood, are you sure you're okay Lu-chan?"

"Oh yes! I had the best dream! It was beautiful!" Lucy smiled.

"Does Lucy not remember anything?" Juvia whispered to Erza, who shrugged in return.

"Let's just go with it, it's better than seeing her cry." Erza whispered back.

"So Lucy! I need your help!" Lisanna said to Lucy.

"Of course! What do you need?" Lucy asked, flipping a pancake.

"Well, I was gonna ask Natsu out today, how do you think I should do it?"

"I think you should just straight out ask him, make sure you're alone though, so nobody ruins the moment!" Lucy smiled.

"Thanks Lucy! I'm glad you're okay with this whole situation."

"Huh? Oh yeah, it's fine. We're friends!" Lucy smiled. "Well, breakfast is ready! And then we're still heading to the beach with the guys right?"

"Well, yeah if you are okay with bringing them along." Mira asked, trying to figure out how amazing that "dream" that she had was.

The girls ate the pancakes quickly, excited for a day at the beach. Wendy had told the guys that they were going and they needed to get ready quick. After finishing, they all changed into their suits. (Just think of the ones from the GMG and training)

"Okay minna! We're all ready to go?" Mira checked, everyone nodded. "Well then we're off!" She said, and they all headed to the guys room.

"You took forever!" Gray complained.

"Well sorry! We're girls! Get over it!" Levy shot back.

"Anyways! Let's go! The beach is gonna be great!" Mira said excitedly.

"Hey Natsu!" Lisanna called, while walking over to him. Lucy tried to hide her disappointment, but Mira saw it.

"So Lucy?" Mira whispered.

"Yeah Mira?" She asked, her lips forming a fake smile.

"Well, what was your dream about?"

"Uh, just a dream, I can't really remember it now." Lucy lied.

"Mhmm sure." Mira said sarcastically.

"It's true! A lot of people forget their dreams easily!" Lucy yelled, getting unwanted attention from people they passed.

"Keep it down, no need to shout." A woman said.

"Stupid teenagers." A man scoffed.

"So, anyway Lucy, I heard that Natsu came over to our hotel room last night..." Mira winked.

"He did?" Lucy asked, pretending to be oblivious to his appearance last night.

"Yeah, he did."

"Okay, why?" Lucy inquired, though she knew the answer.

"I don't know, maybe you could tell me?" Mira smirked.

"Hey, Lucy! Mira!" Gray called from the front of the group.

"Yeah, Gray?" They asked simultaneously

"Catch up, you guys are dragging behind!" The two jogged up closer to the group.

"Don't think you're getting out of this so easily, Lucy." Mira whispered.

"I wouldn't dare think that, knowing you."

"Well, let's get going!"

At The Beach

"So, what did you need to talk to me about?" Natsu asked.

"Well, you see I like you!" Lisanna smiled happily.

"I like you to, I like everyone at Fairy Tail! You're all my friends." Natsu naively stated.

"No, Natsu. I mean I like, like, you. As more than a friend." Lisanna blushed slightly.

"Me too! I think of us as family!" Natsu smiled.

"Natsu... That's not what I mean." Lisanna sighed.

"Then, what do you mean?" Natsu asked.

"You really are dense aren't you?"

"No I'm not! You're just not saying what you mean clearly enough." Natsu crossed his arms.

"You know what?" Lisanna sighed. "I'll tell you later

"Okay whatever you say!" Natsu took off for the beach.

"He really does like Lucy... Doesn't he?"

Both girls were sitting under a beach umbrella with a lemonade and a book in hand.

"Lu-chan! You never told me about your dream!" Levy stated, excited to hear about it.

"I forgot what happened in it." Lucy took a drink of her lemonade.

"I don't think you did! Was it about Natsu? Did anything happen between you two?"

"No, it wasn't..."

"LIES!" Levy pointed her accusingly.

"Levy-chan... I need to tell you something..."

"Yes?"

"Well, Natsu did come over, which you kmow already... And he came in my room, which you also know already... And he kissed me when I was pretending to sleep, which you alrea-"

"I did not know that!"

"Well he did..."

"Awwwwee! Kawaii! Can I be your maid of honor?"

"Eh? We aren't getting married!"

"YET!"

"Not now, not ever. I think he was lying..."

"Lying? About what?!"

"Well... He said that he loved me and I me-"

"What flavor wedding cake do you want?! Should it be an outside or inside wedding? I have to make the guest list! Of course all of Fairytail would be invited!"

"We aren't getting married!"

"We have to get flowers! What type of flowers do you want?"

"I'd actually like so- NO! We're not getting married!"

"Lu-chan! Stop lying to yourself! How about you go ask him how he feels! I bet he does love you!"

"I don't know Levy-chan..."

"Hey look! There he is! Go ask him!" The small bookworm dragged her to the dragon slayer. "Natsu!"

"No! Stop! Let me go back to the umbrella!"

"Oh hey Luce!" Natsu grinned.

"H-hi..."

"Well, I'll leave you to alone then... Bye!" Levy ran off to tell Mirajane about what was about to go down.

"So, what do ya need?" Natsu asked.

"Uh, well... Do y-you uh..."
