A month later and potions class with all 6th years and 7th years
Hermione POV
"Can anyone tell me what this particular Brew is?" Slughorn asks the class and I immediately raised my hand for I know the answer
" yes Miss Granger?" "It's Amortia sir it smells like what attracts the smeller" I say knowingly " great job Miss Granger mind to us what you smell?" I make my way up to his desk on the way I see Fred and George smirking at me
"Well sir" I say then take a wiff of the stem coming out of the cauldron "i smell smoke,sweets and.." I Trail off as I smell the third scent... suddenly my face turns red... Fred's cologne is the third scent....." professor is it okay if I don't say the third scent" i ask and everyone turns to face me with confused looks " sure miss Granger I understand it must be uncomfortable to say the third scent as everyone could know who your crush is" thank you so much Professor I exclaim then head back to my seat and put my head down
Fred POV
I watch in silence as Hermione heads back to her seat all flustered and my head starts swimming, smoke and sweets I wonder who that could be it wasn't until Professor Slughorn called on me that I realized I was spacing out "mr. Fred Weasley do you have something you want to say" I looked around and noticed everyone staring at me with a questionable look and notice I must have been mumbling about to myself
"No sir" I say then I noticed even George's staring at me with a questionable look
Third person POV
Slughorn passes out the ingredients of the potion to everyone and tell them how to make it then leaves them to do their own 3 minutes later everyone in the room has successfully brewed the potion
Fred POV
After me and George managed to brew the potion I find myself within the steam coming out of the cauldron in three cents take over my nose leather bound books musky cat hair and vanilla shampoo and then suddenly it clicks....... leather bound books Muskie cat hair and vanilla shampoo .......... I'm in love with Hermione Granger.!!!
All of the books she reads are leather-bound and cat leaves around musky cat hair and her hair always smells like vanilla shampoo I can't believe I'm in love with my brother's best friend and our schools bookworm
Hermione POV
All class while Brewing the potion with Ron I could not stop thinking about Fred *I can't believe that I am in love with the school's most biggest prankster and my best friend's older brother I guess that's why I get so nervous when I'm around him and was so happy that he helped me God's this is just too much to take in. I noticed him blushing in the corner of my eye and don't know why I even Fred looks confused about why he's blushing. I don't know how I can tell anyone either I mean I'm in love with frickin Frederick Weasley!!! It's not something I can just go around telling and how am I going to break it to Ron it's very obvious that he likes me but how can I face him after I'm in love with his older brother when he is in love with me I guess I'm just going to have to figure this out on my own but I'm going to tell Ginny hopefully I can trust her. If I can't then I don't know what I'm going to do* suddenly the Bell Rings making me jump out of my thoughts and I gather my stuff and hurry out of the classroom
