Later that day Mark was sleeping peacefully in his bed, when someone knock on his door. He grumble softly being unable to actually say 'Who is it?'. "It's me." Ero said. He grunted once again while sitting up, and Ero walked in. "How are you feeling?" Ero asked. " I've had better days." he replied sounding like he just woke up after two years of non-stop sleep. There was an awkward silence hanging in the air between them. "Did anything knew happen at school today?" Ero looked up from her hands at him. "Nothing much. Why?"
"Well you only ever come into my room, on days like this, when something is bothering you." Mark felt significantly less drowsy but he still had the ill feeling he got once a month. He usually felt calm and collected with straight his hair that was chin length. His hair faded from a grey to a dark, soft blue and was usually tied back in a neat ponytail. Now, it was a mess, all tangled and frizzy. He felt completely disgusting from not shower all day. "Well," she started. "Today I saw something weird but it was probably nothing." He looked at her with curiosity. "Are you going to tell me about it or what?" he said. Just before Ero was about to answer, they were called down to dinner.Ero breathed a sigh of relief. She couldn't tell her bother about what happened on her way home from school today. It would hurt him more than it had hurt her.
