ARIA SAWYER HAD A DREAM. She was never very good in school, even when she went to a muggle one. No matter how hard she studied, she was never very good at it. The one thing she was good at, was soccer. It was her dream to play for the girls national team. She was able to play any position ( but preferred anything offensive ) and even started to play for a club team... at least until she got her HOGWARTS LETTER. That letter, turned her world upside down. No more older sister, no more parents house to go back and forth from, no more soccer.Aria didn't prepare at all for the first day. She felt so unprepared next to Lily Evans ( a girl who was a year older than her and seemed to know as much as a fifth year ). Luckily for her, the red haired girl filled her in for most of the things to know. When Aria discovered that there was no soccer, she was HEART BROKEN.
When being sorted, she made sure to tell the hat her opinions on the school ( what kind of school doesn't have soccer and why do they put a ratty old hat on eleven year olds heads ). She was so busy ranting that she fell off the stool when the hat yelled GRYFFINDOR.
She sat next to a chatty boy talking to someone else about Quidtch. Aria had no idea what they were talking about, so she asked. When she found out QUIDDITCH was a sport here, she was more than happy to learn. Asking a fifth year to teach her, they found out she was a natural and she made the team in her SECOND YEAR.
From then on, it was Aria's DREAM to play Quidditch professionally. She would do anything to get there. Even wake up before the sun because McGonagall made Potter Captain.
Aria was prepared for anything, well, almost anything. After a nasty game with Slytherin, an INJURY puts her out. Not something magical that Madam Pomfrey could fix. They had to turn to the muggle method.
