I hear my phone going off,so I reach to his bedside table. I wonder who is texting me at this early morning time. I thought nothing of it, but that changes when I look at the message. It's an unknown number.
Uknown: "hey."
Lau: "who are you? I don't think we know each other."
Unknown: "oh, it's Larry."
Lau: "I'm sorry. I don't remember."
Unknown: "Larry Brooks. We met yesterday at school, I'm the new one."
Lau: "aah! I know, but I'm terribly sorry. I feel so embarrassed right now."
Larry Brooks: "you don't need to"
Lau: "anyway,how did you get my number?"
Larry Brooks: "that's not substantial."
In that moment I didn't know how to feel. So, this new guy is texting me at 5:00 am, waking me up from my peaceful slumber and now he is getting smart with me? Boyyyy nah. I've decided to be really kind to him and not send him to the hell. Nobody,like nobody's waking me up from my sleep.
Lau: "uh, well. I'd rather go back to sleep. See you soon."
Asshole: "I'm sorry for waking you up. I guess I didn't realize... nothing. Good night."
