I broke up with Jade. I'm not proud of it, but I'm not regretful.
"Beck! what's wrong?" Tori called me over. she patted next to her to sit. I peer over for signs of Jade and take the offer.
"I broke up with jade. " I announced quitely
The others gave me a 'about time' look and Tori looked shocked,mouth open.
"I'm so sorry." Tori said, and hugged ?me. I hug back, burying my face in her amazing hair. I sniff it, too, and she pulls away. I try and look calm and collected but I think I might have a chance with Tori even if she friend zoned me a long time ago. I quickly think of a way to get me and Tori alone together and make it like a date.
"Who wants to have a sleepover at mine tonight?" I announce again. "u know so I can get my mind of ostuff."
"I'm in!" The boys agree.
"Yay! I love sleepovers!" cat says.
I look at Tori desperately.
"Yeah sure " she says and I light up.
"6 at mine tonight?" I ask everyone. They all agree.
After the bell goes for lunch we all start walking of. I let Tori walk away for a bit and I drag the rest back. "Guys, guys, wait hang back "
They all face me. "I wanna kinda be on a date with tori, but make it not datey, then maybe turn it more romantic. Could you guys all cancel? please? for me?"
They all agree and says good luck. I don't know where I'd be without them.
-fast forward to 6pm-
There's a knock on my door and I know it's Tori.
I open the door and sure enough there's Tori standing there.
"Hey!" I greet and she greets back. I hug her.
"When are the others arriving?" Tori asked, takin her jacket off and revealing her outfit. She was wearing a short skirt with a tank top and a sweater and it looked really cute.
"They bailed. Not on purpose, stuff came up." I say trying to sound disappointed and failing
she laughes. "You seem a bit too excited bout that ?"
"I gotta hav some alone quality time wif my best girl." I say, and put my arm around her hip, pulling her closer. I wanna have a little cuddle with torj, like we usually do.
She catches on and gets in our little cuddle position. she leans in and puts her head on my chest and I put my arms around her hips and she sits on my lap. I love it when we do this.
"I've missed a bit of snuggle time wif my baby." She says quietly laughing. I smile cus I luv it when she calls me that.
"Me too, " I say and kiss her forehead.
"Hey wanna watch a movie?" she suggests.
"Awh sure haha" I agree. I can feel the sparks between us surely she can too. I deliberately pick a romantic film. It's simply called 'Love'. I know what happens a girl and a boy are 'just friends' and they become gf and bf it's very sweet. I hope Tori watches the movie and maybe develops feelings for me, or gets a hint.
"A romantic movie?" she asks, excited and clapping her hands. "I hate it when guys pick action movies. So boring"
I smile cus I'm happy that Tori is glad wif what I've chosen.
She makes some popcorn and I pull my arms out so we can get in our position. She cuddles into my arms and kisses me on the cheek. Sparks fly everywhere and inside I explode with happiness. She gave it as a friendly gesture though.
We start watching and I quite like the film but what I like more is that Tori is in my arms and a lipstick stain is on my cheek. I have to make Tori mine and get her hungry for more kisses.
"Tori," I say.
"Mm?" she says, still concentrating on the movie eyes on the tv screen.
I gently turn her face towards me by turning her chin with my finger.
"I love you." I say. there. I said it.
She laughs, not moving. "I love you too, B." and gives me a small peck on the nose.
She's taking everything as a friendly gesture and I really want to kiss her on the lips.
