Adrien's POV

I was in my fathers office, I could feel my palms starting to get sweaty. Sit down, he gestured to the chair and I carefully sat, hands now shaking.

Gabriel: Next Month is your birthday and I wanted to let you know that I will be away on a business trip.

Adrien: all you care about is your business you don't even care about me!

Gabriel: son, I am so sorry. I care about you a lot which is why I'm deciding...

Adrien: wait, deciding what?

Gabriel: well last year your friend ended up getting akumatized just to throw you a birthday party. And I thought about it a lot and if it's what you really want I'm happy for you to have one this year.

Adrien: *speachless*

Gabriel: so is that a yes because you have a lot to prepare.

Adrien: thank you father so much, this is the best birthday present ever!!!! *akwardly hugs father*

Gabriel: I am glad you like it. That will be all, now your driver is waiting to take you to school.

Marinette's POV

When I arrived at school there was hardly anyone there, people were either waiting in their home room, in the library or doing early team sports. I saw a group of people fencing and wondered if Adrien was there but l'm pretty sure he only trains after school on Wednesday's. (I'm not a stalker)

I walk to my home room to see Alya's face.
"OMG girl am I imagining things or are you actually early so once!!!" She practically screamed in my face.

Luckily, Nathanael was the only one in the room. He only seemed interested in his drawings to care anyway.

Alya: girl guess what!

Marinette: what?

Alya: Nino just messaged me and said Adrien's dad is letting him have a birthday party this year!!!

Marinette: Oh no, Alya this is bad what if he doesn't invite me or he hates my present or I fall into his cake and ruin the whole party!

Alya: Marinette think straight, Nino said he's inviting the whole class and he loved the scarf you made him last year. I'm sure he will love what ever you give him this year.

Marinette: *grabs out her design book* Alya help me, what should I make him?

Alya: you will think of something and plus you have like a month.

Marinette: yeah your right thanks. *hugs Alya*

After school ( time skip )

Tikki, what should I make for Adrien. I didn't even get to talk to him today at all.

"Well what dose he like?" Tikki asked

Now that I think about it I don't really talk to Adrien a lot. When ever he says hi I always blank out and...

"Oh.. umm.. yeah... I..mean....um.. hi" Tikki stuttered then bursted into laughter.

*marinette's face was red* hey I don't sound like that! Do I? Come on Tikki it's not that funny. I don't even like Adrien that way anymore, now that I'm with Chat.

"Well maybe this is your chance to get to know him as good friends" the red kwami said then quickly flew away.

Tap Tap Tap

I look up at two green eyes starting at me. Chat what are you doing here.

"Can't I come to visit my favourite princess" he bows at me and kisses my hand.

I suddenly remember last night and I can feel my cheeks bushing.

"You know I can't resist you when you bush Mari." Chat says in this flirty tone.

Mari: Chat I'm busy right now.

Chat: and what would you be doing that is more important than spending time with me.

Mari: well there is this guy in my class...

Chat: a guy, I thought you loved me. You wound me princess.

Mari: kitty it's not like that (secretly wishes it was) it's his birthday next week and I don't know what to give him as a present.

Chat: speaking of birthdays mine is also next month.

Mari: Chat you never told me, what would you like.

Chat: you, but let's talk about this guy in your class.

Mari: well I will still get you something kitty. The guy in my class is called Adrien and his father is very strict, but this year he's having a party. We don't really talk a lot so I don't really know a lot about him. Though he's is kind, sweet and cares a lot of others.

Chat: *blushes* (wow Marinette cares about me a lot) well I um think you should get to know him first. Just say you want to hang out, as friends after school.

Mari: ok that's a great idea, thanks kitty.

She then leans in and gives Chat a quick kiss on the lips. I love you kitty, but you and I both have school tomorrow so you better go.

Chat smiles back and waves, bye purr-incess.
