Eremin Week Prompt: Family

Armins head reset on my shoulder, the sound of his slow and calm breathing filling our room. I intertwined my fingers with his and his ring made it hard to hold hands, but it made me smile. We had just gotten married and we decided that we didnt need a fancy honeymoon, just a nice calm week at home together. We spent most our time watching movies or cuddling. Armin likes watching heartwarming dramas and I like action adventure. So we normally have to watch Titanic over and over again, because its the only movie with all of our favorite generes. Armin shifted on the bed and the springs made a creaking noise. He exhaled and looked up at me with those beautiful blue eyes of his. The blinds where only open a crack and it splashed a beautiful shade of gold onto his skin, and it made his eyes glisten. He was perfect. I found myself staring into the bright blue orbs that he had been looking up at me with passionately. "Eren.." He breathed, blinking slowly. I hummed in response. He moved his head and put his face into the crook of my neck as he held onto my shoulders. "We have the perfect life Eren, a beautiful home, a beautiful relationship, good paying jobs, a pet, but I feel as if something is missing." The blonde mumbled, letting out a light sigh. He was right. Once more, he looked up at me, awaiting my response. I smiled. "Whats missing then..?" I spoke, stroking his golden locks that layed on the top of his head. Armin stared at me, a gleam of passion filling his eyes. "I think I want a child." He replied, in a very serious but happy tone. "Ar.. we cant." I giggled slightly, not trying to hurt his feelings. His wonderfilled expression showed no sign of changing. "Eren. I want to adopt a child." He spoke. My eyes widdened. I opened my mouth as if to protest, but shut it. He looked at me in silence. "I... I always wanted a little girl." I mumbled, smiling as I burried my nose on the top of Armins head. He smelled nice. "How does...Lizzie Jeager sound..?" Armin replied, holding my hand tighter. "Sounds great."
