After me and Conan finally told Ayumi, Genta, and mitsuhiko about our relationship Ayumi, and mitsuhiko were pretty disappointed about us dating. Me and Conan kinda already new that mitsuhiko had a little crush on me and Ayumi had a crush on Conan, but their just kids they don't know what it's really like to be in a relationship with someone, or to truly love them.I did feel bad for Ayumi because she's my best friend, and I knew she liked conan yet I was selfish and wanted him for myself. I hope she's not mad at me and will still be my bestfriend. I also feel bad for mitsuhiko but I know he can handle it, after all his not as weak as he seems; But Genta on the other hand looks pleased, and happy for us. Well all of them were happy for us even if 2 of them were a little sad, and I hope this doesn't break our friendship they were my first real friends, and I love them more than anything. I know I never show them because of my stupid pride, but I truly love them with all my heart, and I would never imagine my life without them.
"Hey guys to celebrate Conan and Ai getting together why don't we go to the beach, after all today is pretty hot, and perfect for the beach." Genta said out loud out of no where. "Of course lets go guys" said Ayumi very excitedly almost forgetting that she had a crush on Conan before. Me and Conan look at each other and started laughing we didn't know what the guys would say, but we at least expected them to be a little sad but they got over it really quickly which is very good for us because it means that i don't have to feel guilty about dating Conan. "The last one to the beach is a rotten egg" Genta yelled at us while running to the door faster than I have seen him run before. Well the bar is pretty low for him lol.
Me and Conan started running really fast to ketch up with the guys. Genta ended up last. Everyone started laughing because he's the one who started running first and said "last one to the beach is a rotten egg". I left conan to go talk to Ayumi and make sure she's okay with me and still wants us to be friends. Me and Ayumi started walking of and leaving the guys. I started the conversation by saying "I'm sorry" Ayumi looked confused and said "why are you sorry?" I looked up from the ground and said "well because you liked Conan, but I'm dating him" she liked at me for a solid 10 seconds and started laughing hysterically. I was very confused at this point and said "what're you laughing about?" After she stoped laughing she looked up at me and smiled and said "it's okay Ai I knew that you like conan from the beginning it was very obvious from how you looked at him. I was kinda sad at the beginning but I knew that you guys belonged together, and he will make you happy. After all you're my bestfriend I want the best for you." I was shocked at what Ayumi said but I was so glad that she didn't hate me. I felt like a giant rock was lifted of off my chest, And I hugged Ayumi she was very surprised because I normally don't show her that truly love her and after a few seconds she hugged me back.
