The cop leaves.

After about 40 minutes the cop comes back.
P: Y/n Y/L/n you are under arrest for assaulting Devyn Kohl *Handcuffs you and puts you in the police car* you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you. Do you understand (Ik there is more I just don't want to write it :) ?
Y/n: Yes
He takes you to the police station. The day after you go to court and are placed on a $10,000 bail. A few hours later the police officer comes back.
P: Alright Y/n you're free to go. Carlos is waiting over there for you.
