Aya's P.O.V

I ran. Away, from the Tsukinami's mansion. Shin was chasing after me, bruises, scratches on my skin. I dodged the branches and stones who was in my way. I wanted to run away from there. Tears were running down on my face.

"Oi! Reddy, hold up!" He yelled and laughed. I started to run faster and faster. I looked behind and didn't see him, I stopped by the lake and fell down onto the ground. Why? Why is mom not protecting me? I thought she said "I will be at your side, no matter what happens." A lie, it's fucking lie from her! I growled quietly and started to cry. I never wanted this, if this Chihiro never showed up in the first place, none of this would happen.

"Aya?" I looked up and met pair of hazel-brown eyes, I stretched out my hand, but let it fall when I passed out.

"Aya!"

Later

I groaned in pain and noticed I was lying on a soft couch. I opened my eyes and scanned the room before I met his eyes again. I flinched back and clenched my fists together. He shot up his hands in the air and raised his eyebrows.

"Hey, I am not gonna hurt you in any way, you are wounded enough already." He pointed at my bandages, I looked down and sighed at myself. I looked back at Yuma and smiled.

"Thanks, but why...?" I trailed off and looked down at the ground. He itched back of his neck and sighed.

"Well, I was taking my walk until I saw by the lake, you were badly wounded, so when you passed out, I carried you home, away from him." He said. I nodded and saw three other people entering the room. Ruki, Kou and Azusa, Ruki walked towards me and gave me a cup of tea. I smiled as a reply and took a sip from it.

"What happened?" Kou asked as he sat down on the couch in front of me. I sighed deeply and stared into the wall.

"Mom happened." I stated and didn't want to glance at Kou. He raised his eyebrows in surprised and took it in together.

"Amie? What happened to her?" I looked back at him and sat down the cup.

"Well, mom...No, dad broke up with mom, but it was an accident, she caught him in the act with that new girl in school, but it wasn't dad's fault. Mom was angry, sad and depressed, so me and her moved away from the mansion and stumbled up on the Tsukinami's mansion. So we made us there comfortable until the morning. I could hear her scream and later in the morning, mom's eyes were dull and filled with darkness..." I said as the tears tried to fall down.

"The real mom is not in there. She has been brainwashed by Carla during that night. He claimed her his, so she hasn't tried to protect me from Shin, who was attacking and playing with me all the time." I finished and broke down in tears. Why, mom? Where is the real you?
