Mary Queen of Scots reign from December 1542 to July 1567 in Scotland. Elizabeth was her cousin and Queen of England at the time. For most of her reign she was not in Scotland. Mary grew up in France. She was going to marry Francis when they were both of age. Mary Stewart was not a perfect queen, but she earned her part in history.
