I opened my eyes, light immediately making them clamp shut again. I groaned as I sat up, keeping my pale hand over my eyes so the light would stop abusing me. I couldn't see anything, the entire world was blurred as I glanced around the room. Voices from moving figures around me assaulted my ears a lightning speed. As my vision became clearer, I could make out faces to match the voices.

A small girl with dark blue hair was standing by the bed I was laying on. "She's awake!" She declared, her eyes swelling up with tears.

A boy with spikey pink hair and strange eyes beamed at me. "That was quite a hit you took back there. I didn't think you were going to make it." Almost immediately the blonde girl standing next to him whacked him in the arm.

"You're not helping Natsu!" She sighed in irritation before turning to me with a small, sympathetic smile. "Sorry about that. How are you feeling?"

A red head with an air of leadership around her started pushing the other away. "We should give her time to rest, that cut on her head still isn't healed." The others looked reluctant to leave. Cut? I thought bringing my hand up to my forehead. I winced in pain as my finger delicately touch a large and slightly protruding bump.

"I'm sorry!" The blue haired girl with the teary eyes gushed. "I tried healing you as best as I could."

"That's okay Wendy, you tried your best." A black haired boy patted the said Wendy on the head. She frowned in dismay but didnt cry anymore. "Isn't that right Juvia?" He looked at me expectantly. I stared at him, was he expecting me to respond?

"Umm..." I quietly tried to think of what to say. "Who's Juvia?" I asked. Suddenly all five pairs of eyes were on me and all movements were halted. The blonde looked at me.

"You're Juvia," she said hesitantly. "You remember us right? I'm Lucy." Her chocolate brown eyes searched mine for some form of recognition. "And this is Natsu, Wendy, and Erza." She pointed to the pinkette, blue haired girl, and red head in order.

Not a one of the four of them caused even a slight tremor of rememborance. I couldn't even come up with a definite answer of who I was exactly but I couldn't remember. I just couldn't. "And certainly you remember Gray."

At last, she pointed to the raven haired mage from before. He was handsome, I guess, with dark blue eyes. His pale skin was exposed due to him being shirtless for some reason. Gray. . . I thought about the name. It sounded forgein, like the name had never left my tongue before let alone be someone I knew.

His eyes met mine, sadness starting to be etched there. "I'm sorry, I really am but I don't know you." I shut my eyes, trying to recall something. Anything! "I-I... I can't remember anything." Tears threaten to spill from my eyes and I shoved the blanket covering me off.

I gasped a little as I saw a small tattoo on my thigh. I touched it gently, having no clue what it was supposed to be. I looked up and noticed all the strangers around me had the same thing. They were still stating at me and I jumped out of the bed.

My legs wobbled but managed to support my weight. I ran out of the room, a chorus of an unfamiliar name "Juvia" chasing after me.
