The girl swaggered ( or more like staggered but she hid it with her swag ) all the way up the stairs till she planted her bottom on the chair and the professor put the hat on her, confident smile as she waved to Jimin, who sat at the Gryffindor Table proudly after being sorted, next to Taehyung who cheered. She hoped to join them.
" very very ambitious indeed... "
" huh? "
" Oh hello there, I am the sorting hat. I help you choose the right house for you. "
" o-kay. Like harry potter? "
" kind of, but I ask you questions like buzzfeed and you get sorted randomly on your choices. "
"Okay, lets start. "
" what is your biggest desire? "
" sucess. I want to have a controlled-by-me job. "

" I desire passion, but I think I desire success more. "
" do you believe in true love being worth the most ? "
" love doesnt pay bills, so no. "
" your biggest fear? "
" isolation and betrayal. "

" cunning. I don't think im brave, I don't stand up for anything but I do leave bad situations alone. AND IM manuplative. "
" loyalty or intelligence ? "
" I'm naturally intelligent, loyal is a price to earn. Intelligence is free but people think expensive things are worth more. Success is the path. "

" okay. " She wanted to be next to Jimin soon and she noticed the professors being confused at the amount of time wasted.
" friends or yourself first? "
Sora thought.
" myself. I always put myself first. "
"SLYTHERIN!!!!" The hat bellowed from the top of her head unexpectedly, and she saw the left table covered in green and silver cheer with madness as Jimin suddenly stop smiling, glowering to Taehyung who still cheered for his friend, and shoved his claps down till it was only the Slytherin table.
Her confusion clouded her thoughts.
" w-what? Why? I wanted to be in Gryffindor! Make me in Gryffindor! " she thought as she shoved the hat back on her head.
" Sorry dear, fate is stronger than choice. Now if you excuse me, I need to sort the next person. "
She dissapointedly trudged to the Slytherin table, sitting next to a small girl with bangs who smiled at her.
" Oh look here, another dissapointed first year! Guess everybody hates us. " A boy scowled from the other side of the table across the bangs girl as she took glimspe of his face.
" Oh I'm not sorry. I wanted to see my friends." She snapped back at the black haired guy. " Cant relate cant you? "
" whatever. " The second year said dully as the boy next to him grinned, who sat across Sora, pulled out his hand.
" the names jungkook. This grumpy guy is my friend, his name is Yoongi. "
" jungkook shut up we aren't friends! " Yoongi spat.
" we literally have mom's who made us sleep together since birth. I think yes. " Jungkook sassed back before turning to Sora. " sorry bout him, he's in a salty mood because he wanted to sleep before the sorting."
"Hi jungkook. I'm Sora." She shook his hand as Sora turned to the girl. "Yours?"
"Lisa." The girl had a pretty smile. "I wanted to join my friends too, Rosé and Jisoo. We met on the express. They are on Ravenclaw. And Jennie, my best friend, is in Hufflepuff." Lisa frowned. "I don't know why, but they shot me dirty looks When I was sorted."
"Sorry to hear that. They sound like gits. We can be your friends." Jungkook said kindly as Sora nodded in agreement. "But you guys better like flying!"
"Psh, I been riding on toy broomsticks since i could make magic." Sora smirked as food appeared, which made Yoongi smile and dig in. "I beat anyone any day."
"I stay in the crowds, maybe they hide me from brooms." Lisa joked, biting into a chicken leg.
"I wanna be captain." Jungkook boasted. "I been training since I got my acceptance letter."
"You do realise that Quidditch is only for 2nd Years and over, right?" Yoongi interrupted, which made Sora and Jungkook slump into their seats.
"Aish. Pabo, dont ruin this for them." Lisa snapped as she turned to her new friends. "That means you guys are allowed to practise and pretend for next year!"
The two suddenly lit up before eating quickly in union, which made Lisa giggle.
Yoongi shook his head. "Honestly."
