Pierce is leaving. Just for 3-4 weeks. At first they argued about this but you know, 'job commitments'. Meryl also does this kind of thing so she let it go. He is just heading in Los Angeles, you know, interviews, press cons and others. Meryl wanted to come with him but she can't, she also have some job to do.

They are just waiting for the one who will drive for Pierce in airport. He usually drives for himself but now, he couldn't because he will be flying and no one will return his car. And Meryl don't have a license. After he puts his bag in the ground, he looked at his frowning girlfriend.

He will not bring much of his clothes because he is going to sleep in his house in Los Angeles, not in hotel that the management provided.

"Don't be sad" Pierce says as he pulled her into his arms.

"I know, I just can't stop myself from being sad" Meryl says as she wrapped her arms to his waist. She peered up to him and put a hand in his neck and started to suck his neck.

"What are you doing?" he giggled and he grabbed her right leg and wrapped to his waist.

"Marks, So the bitches will know that you are taken." She winks and he blushes to his jealous girl. And he turned them around so she is now leaning in his black Mercedes.

"I'm an actor and the world knows that I'm dating the most beautiful, sexiest woman in the whole universe." Now its her turn to blush. After a session of making out, the car arrived and accompanied Pierce to airport.

Curled up in the large, four poster bed is Meryl Streep. Its his 6th day in Los Angeles and they miss each other.

Meryl hears a buzzing from her night stand. She stretched and smile at the thought that Pierce is calling. She opens the light and open her MacBook Pro and put it to the foldable table in front of the end of the bed. So she will not be holding her phone all the time.

When she answered the call, there he is. Her boyfriend, she can tell that he is exhausted but he look so good.

"Hey!" comes Pierce's voice, excited. "God is it good to see your face," Pierce says as he runs his eyes over his sleep disheveled girl. Meryl smiles warmly.

"Sorry I woke you, was busy all day and couldn't live with myself if I didn't hear your voice at least once." Pierce says after a moment.

Meryl smiles gratefully and shakes her head. "Don't worry about it. Glad you called." It's Pierce's turn to smile now, the slightest blush covering his cheeks. "I've missed you." Her mind is still slow. It's quarter after one, after all.

"I've missed you too. Can get kind of lonely at night over here. So how does it feel to be on your own for the first time in decades?" Pierce asks, settling into his seat a little more. "No curfew, no one to look after. Do you enjoy being a single lady?" Meryl rolls her eyes, but her face is fond.

"You're an idiot." Meryl replied. Pierce just shrugs, a smug smirk playing his lips.

"I bet you've missed my idiocy, Mrs. Brosnan." Though they are not married yet, Pierce like to call her that he is sure that she is the girl he will br marrying and that made her feel a little pressure.

"If I did I'd never admit it," Meryl replies. They haven't been dating for too long, but are comfortable enough around each other to be open. And they also live together. They're having trouble finding the balance, Meryl thinks. The balance between lovers and a starting actress/actor to be, the balance of shifting between the two of them without overstepping.

"So tell me what happened to you this day so I can imagine that I'm with you" Pierce says lovingly. They chat or text every day, Meryl filling Pierce in on the past days, although Pierce already knows most of it from how often they text. He doesn't mind the hearing the story twice though, enjoying listening to Meryl speak with her cute little voice and watching her excited facial expressions, and exaggerated hand gestures as they video call. Pierce finds himself swooning a little, enjoying how animated Meryl is becoming, getting excited over the tiniest things.
