As soon as Seto's sister-in-law Ishizu decides to an overall medical body pregnancy check up and the ultrasound sonography test with her sister-in-law Joanna, Doctor Ishizu (gynecologist) politely orders others (Jaden, Carly, Jack, Yusei, Jesse, Heba, Atem, Tea, Mark, Yubel, Johan, Anzu, Melvin, Tristy, Duke, Yuugi, Yami, Malik, Marik, Ryou, Bakura, Serenity, Mokuba, Ishizu and Mahado) to wait outside, within the same both long and spacious corridor.
There are other family members: Sophia, Sophie, Juliet, Juliette, Jenna, Jemma, Yulia, Jacklyn, Jessica and Carissa, Mom Rebecca, Mom Martha, Grandpa Solomon, Dad Blister, Crow, Kalin, Yulla, Julia, Cecilia and Kalina, along with other family members (as mentioned in the above paragraph). "Momma, where are you?", sadly ask both Sophia and Sophie, in front of everyone, within both long and spacious corridor before both of them start whining, at the same time.
With Seto, Joanna, Josephine, Seth, Meera and Gynecologist Doctor Ishizu, inside Joanna's own bedroom...
"It is too early for me to say about the number of babies that you would be able to conceive in the future. For the time being, I can surely say that both her and your babies are more healthier than all of them should be now", calmly says Ishizu while continuously looking at Joanna, Josephine, Seto and his own brother Seth, at the same time. "Seto, I would like you to both physically and mentally stay with her until she gives birth to all of them", says Ishizu back.
"I will again do this medical pregnancy check up with you, after two weeks. Joanna, you must rest on the bed and if you want to walk, you will be able to walk on your own but you must use both Seto's and Seth's own physical support while moving around, in order not to hurt all of these unborn babies", calmly says Ishizu while happily looking at Joanna, at the same time. "I need to breastfeed all of our eight little baby princesses, one by one", politely says Joanna.

After five minutes later, as soon as, both Seto and his brother Seth hear that both Sophia and Sophie are continuously weeping, at the same time, both Seto and Seth respectively bring both Sophia and Sophie closer to their own mother Joanna, on her bed mattress. "Ssh, my sweet princesses, stop weeping now. I am not going to leave you now", politely says Joanna while continuously tickling on both Sophia's belly and Sophie's belly, at the same time.
"Puppy, you can breastfeed each of our eight baby princesses (Juliet, Juliette, Jenna, Jemma, Yulia, Jacklyn, Jessica and Carissa), one by one", politely say both her own first beloved husband Seto and her own second beloved husband Seth back while both of them happily place all of their eight little baby princesses next to both Sophia and Sophie, on the same bed mattress. After happily breastfeeding each one of them, Joanna finally takes a short bed nap.
