On the left we have my boy Markus Abel On the right we have Harriet (Harry) Pattmen. Markus, a local weirdo, lives in the very small town of Silverlake Pines in Colorado. In his Spare time he picks dead animals up and takes their skeleton and keeps their bones or puts them in jars to preserve. Just for fun. He also has a pet possum named kalob. The particular house he recently moved into is haunted by a kid, Alistair (a ghosty boy who you haven't met yet), who got murdered in the house. Markus sees alistair for the first time and he's very surprised that he saw him. Alistair is also shocked that someone else can see him so they start to talk. Alistair was murdered a few years ago. His spirit can't leave the house until the mystery of who killed him is solved. Markus swore that he'd solve the mystery so his spirit can pass. Markus decided to look through different books in his school library and newspapers. He meets three other people, Harry, Frankie, and Billie. They become really close friends because they're all "outcasts". Harry wears a prosthetic white mask, she doesn't like to talk about it so they all agree to not ask what happened. Billie is a punk rock dude who's very aggressive but also has a soft spot. Frankie's sweet but also very by and quiet. They all agree to help figure out who murdered Alistair.
