(Noah's POV)

Talk about it in person? Could it really be that bad? Of course not! He'd never do anything to put me in danger... Right?

-Time Skip to the next afternoon-

I start walking home with the triplets, Leah, Liam, and Lucas. "Now please, try not to freak out, ok?" Leah asks.

"Umm... sure? Why, what is it?" I respond.

"Just please, keep an open mind..." she says as we turn and start walking into the woods, towards Jordan's house. When we arrive I notice a few cars parked outside in his driveway, which is weird cause he's always struck me as kinda a loner, but I ignore it as we walk up his steps and into the house. I walk into his den and see 4 strange people sitting around his coffee table. I nervously walk over to Jordan, who's sitting on the love seat, I sit next to him with my hands in my lap and my head down.

"Noah, let me introduce you too everyone. The man sitting on the couch with the brown hair is Mason, the blonde next to him is his wife Lindsay, and of course you know their kids Leah, Liam, and Lucas. The other man sitting on the recliner is Caleb, Leah's boyfriend. Grace is the brunette on the armrest of the couch. They are my... umm... well pack." Jordan says rubbing his neck.

"Pack? What do you mean, pack?" I look up.

"Like wolves sweetie," says Lindsay.

"Lindsay! You know he should hear it from me!" Jordan barks.

I start laughing, "Very funny guys, you almost had me"

Jordan sighs, "It's not a joke Noah... We're... I'm a werewolf," he looks at me. I laugh harder. "Ok, looks like we'll just have to do this the hard way." Jordan gets up and stands in the middle of the living room. He takes a deep breath and then the sound of bones breaking come from Jordan's body, black fur sprouts from his skin, his teeth and nails become sharp, and his jaw becomes elongated as he drops on all fours. He looks at me with his piercing red eyes. I let out a scream as I jump over the couch and throw everything in my reach at the people in the room. I can't hear the sound of tables falling and glass shattering as I knock them over trying to get out the door. I also can barley hear the shouts of people yelling my name as I throw open the door, running out kicking the door closed as I run deep into the forest. I hear the door tear off it's hinges and the sounds of people chasing after me. But the worst sound I hear is a terrifying howl that shakes me to my very soul. I keep running, non the less, as the sounds of paws get closer. I push myself harder than I ever have. My thighs start to burn and my chest aches, but I ignore both as I keep running for my life.

-Time skip to night-

I walk into my house, covered in mud and leaves in my hair, around midnight. I walk upstairs and into my room. I take a pair of boxers and walk into the bathroom, stepping into the spray of the shower. I stand there for a while until my legs give out and I fall into the shower floor. This is my breaking point as I let the water wash my tears down the drain. I cry until I feel the water run cold, meaning I've just used all the hot water, and I finally shut the shower off and put the boxers on not bothering to dry off. I lock my door and fall onto my bed staring at the ceiling until I pass out from exhaustion. I wake up the next morning when Katelyn bangs on the door.

"Get up! You're gonna be late!" She yells.

    "I'm not going..."

"Not going?! Noah what's wrong? Open the door so we can talk."

"Nothing... nothing happened I just need a day for me."

"Oh... ok... I'll just let the teachers know you're sick." She walks downstairs and I hear the door shut. In the silence, I start to think about what I saw yesterday. How the man that I am... was dating is a werewolf. Was he gonna turn me? Is that how he likes to add people to his... pack? Was he gonna kill me? Tear me limb from limb? Rip my throat out? I don't know what his plan was, but that probably something you should mention on a date you know? Something like 'Hi, I'm Jordan. I'm 25 and I'm a werewolf. It's nice to meet you!' But no! I got nothing! I'm just gonna lay back down for a while...

-Time skip to a week later-

I haven't left my room since that night. Not to eat, not to drink, not even to shower. I haven't seen anyone and I haven't bothered to check my phone to see if I got any texts. Maybe I over reacted... but in my defense I was scared! But it's no longer the reason I haven't left. The real reason is because I know he hates me now. I had everything I ever needed with him. And now... I have no one. The tears start to flow down my cheeks once again. I've lost so much and I don't know if I'll ever get it back, so why even try? While in my thoughts the window slides open and a figure walks in, its impossible to see who it is from all the tears. "H-hello?" I feel smooth hands on my face and fingers glide over my cheeks wiping away the tears.

(Leah's POV)

Jordan has been an absolute mess even since Noah freaked out. He's been walking around Noah's house trying to muster the courage to talk to Noah; but knowing he didn't want to talk to him or probably even see him again, he didn't.

So I decided I needed to talk to Noah.....I go to his house and climb through his window. Luckily that is the only thing in the house he didn't have locked.

I open the window and see a silhouette of a boy on the bed who I'm assuming is Noah. I climb through the window and I hear Noah stamper, "H-hello?" I don't say anything, but I climb into the bed next to him and wipe his tears away.

"Noah, listen I need you to not kick me out." I say in a calming tone hoping he listens to me.

"L-leah? Is that you? Why are you here? I thought you all hated me?" He says about to cry again.

"Noah! How dare you think that we could never hate you baby! None of us do. Expecially Jordan! He feels so terrible about all of this."

(Noah's POV)

"He doesn't hate me?" I asked her seriously.

"OF COURSE NOT! What in the world! Why would you think that Noah!" She whisper yelled.

"W-ell.... Because of the way I acted. I was scared at first and that's why I ran, but I haven't left my room because I thought he hated me..." I stutter out starting to cry again.

"Oh, baby come here," Leah says holding me tight.

I continue to cry as I feel myself drift off to sleep, for the first time in days.
