Prince of Darkness

Chapter 1:A hero's beginning

This story takes place in a galaxy far away, where nobody knows about the Earth, Mars or even the Moon. The reason why no one knows about it is simply because this whole story is happening in another galaxy, which looks like the one we are currently experiencing in our solar system except that in this story's world, humans are much more developed and evolved. Both systems can be considered as like twins. However, in the galaxy of this adventure all the planets are inhabitable. In this futuristic world, people only travel with airships and some humans are endowed with incredible powers.

The story starts in a small town, on en Earth-like planet where lives a young boy whose name is Jim Skyfall. He used to live a normal student life, but when he will reach his sixteen years old his life will suddenly change.

Sitting in the grass on top of a green hill which overlooked a country village, two teenagers were watching the sunset with dreamy eyes. The first teen was a short-haired girl with jet black hair and the other one was a frail young man with dark chestnut hair.

— Hey Jim, what's your biggest dream ? Asked the black haired girl.

— Hum ...I don't really know ...

The young lady ran his hand in his messy hair and pretended to think.

— Maybe I wish that there were peace in the galaxy, so that I could visit every planet in our system. But that's just an idea, nothing official. Why do you ask me this question, Hina?

— There's no particular reason. I'm sad because I haven't find a goal in life. You want to become an engineer later, that's great! But I'm not cut for this type of jobs.

— Don't say that ! I'm sure that you'll find your way, don't worry ! He gave her a warm smile to reassure her.

She smiled back and gazed at his light emerald green eyes which would won over many hearts.

— What if we make a promise ? I'm going to ensure that I find my future job as well as my dream, and then after we both have our goals we will have to realize them no matter what ! Do you agree ? She jumped up and held out her hand to Jim as if to help him get up, he watched her eyes brimming with affection and malice.

The young boy watched her, sat in the grass, and then stood up to face her and caught her hand with the same mischievous look.

— You should hurry to find your future job now ! He said with a little smirk.
