As everyone knows Todoroki is like a fucking mouse. He doesn't show any emotions! I have never even heard him sneeze.
I suppose he did come running to Midoryia's rescue in the Hosu incident and Midoryia did the 'It's your power' thing and knocked some since into Todoroki.
I kinda understand where people are coming from and I thing it's a good presumption.
