Izuku slowly wobbled his way to Katsuki's dorm room. He clutched his pants and rubbed his eye. He stood in front of the door and knocked quietly. No response. He knocked louder.

"Fuckin- what the FUCK do y-" Katsuki swung the door open, cutting himself off as soon as he saw Izuku's face.

"Mmh. Hey Kacchan..." Izuku blinked and smiled.

"Ah-.. the fuck you want?" Katsuki was shocked to see him there, but he didn't want him to know he was actually glad to see him.

"Well... I-... it's super dumb, haha-..."

"Spit it out."

"I was having trouble getting back to sleep. I wanted to see if you were still awake... Did I wake you up? I know you usually don't stay up late." He looked up at Katsuki with a guilty expression on his face.

"Nah, I wasn't asleep yet. I was about to head to bed, but..." He paused and looked to the side. "Do you.... Wanna come in?"

"Oh, yes!! I meant to ask, but...!" Izuku smiled brightly.

"Get in here before I change my mind!!" Katsuki snapped, looking away.

Izuku walked in and looked around. "Yknow, this is the first time I've been in your room, Kacchan!" He kept pointing and picking things up.

"If you're not gonna do anything but mess with my things then you can leave, you know! I could be sleeping instead of babysitting you!" Katsuki crossed his arms, still avoiding eye contact with Izuku.

"Sorry, sorry!" Izuku tapped his chin. "Do you think we could... play some video games or something? Or we can sit and talk until you fall asleep! Just like when we were kids... You would always fall asleep first, haha!!"

"Shut-!! I'm not gonna challenge you to stay up longer, cuz' we have school tomorrow anyway." Katsuki pouted. "But you bet your ass if we didn't have to do things tomorrow, I could stay up longer then you!!" He grinned. Izuku chuckled, knowing that he was totally trying to cover up the fact that he couldn't stay up super late at all.

Izuku pumped his fist into the air. "AHAH! I win. Again~! You keep losing, Kacchan!! You used to be so good at this game!"

Katsuki didn't take his eyes off the screen. "Yeah, well-! I haven't played it in years!"

They shared a glance. Izuku smiled. Katsuki scoffed, with a quiet giggle attached to it. They decided to play an old pro-hero game that Izuku just so happened to have with him, and of course, Katsuki brought his old gaming system into the dorms, too. Izuku was doing pretty good, even though Katsuki picked All Might as his character before Izuku could.

He would never admit it, but Katsuki was totally distracted. He kept glaring at Izuku, getting lost in thought about him. About them. It was so nice to have Izuku around again.

'I used to be so mean to him. Even though I was always pushing him away, he kept pushing foward. It must have been so hard. But now he's here... and he has a fucking cool ass quirk now. He's at UA high school, a course for future heroes. He's sitting beside me... playing video games. We're...'

Katsuki snapped out of his thoughts when Izuku yelped in victory again. He giggled and turned around to Katsuki. "C'mon, Kacchan!! You should put some more effort into it! I know you would still good at it if you'd just try!"

Katsuki didn't say anything. He just stared at him.

"Kacchan...?"

Katsuki didn't answer.

"What's wrong, Kacchan?" Izuku scooted closer to him.

Katsuki swallowed his nervousness and pulled Izuku into a hug.

"Huh-" Izuku didn't hug him back at first. "Wh-wha-"

"I'm glad you're here, Deku." He held him tighter. "I'm proud of you. You didn't have to... to.. save me...that one time. You really have been a hero your whole life. I'm glad you were able to get into UA."

Izuku was speechless. He felt tears fill his eyes. That's when he finally hugged Katsuki back. He held him just as tight as Katsuki was holding him. He buried his flustered, tear stained face into his shoulder and started letting out little giggles.

"What's with the laughter?" Katsuki chuckled. "Did I say something funny?"

"No, no. You just... Made me so happy... You make me so happy..!!!" Izuku let out a sob. "Thank you, Kacchan! Thank you, thank you! I lov-!" He cut himself off.

Katsuki felt his stomach drop. He furrowed his eyebrows, and leaned into Izuku's shoulder. "No... continue. What were you gonna say, Deku?"

"I... almost said- aha-...." Izuku pulled away from their hug and mumbled something under his breath. He cupped Katsuki's face in his hands.

"I love you."

Katsuki felt his face heat up immediately. He had a big, wobbly smile plastered on his face.

"D-dumbass...!!" He swatted Izuku's hands away and covered his mouth.

Izuku let out a loud laugh. He put one hand on his own cheek. "You're amazing, Kacchan."

Katsuki scoffed again. He shook off his smile, trying to hide his embarrassment. He changed the subject. "A-alright, shouldn't we be heading to bed? It's getting a bit late, and we have school tomorrow. You kept us up too late!"

"Whoops...!" Izuku paused. "I guess I'll be heading back to my room? It was really, really fun hanging out with you tonight, Kacchan. Let's do it again soon!"

"Wait-" Katsuki grabbed Izuku's wrist.

"Ah?"

"...y'know what? Nevermind. It's fine." He let go of Izuku's wrist with a huff. "Yeah, I guess it was fun. I wouldn't mind doing it again soon. As long as you don't come waddling up to my door like a fuckin' baby right when I'm trying to go to sleep."

Izuku sighed and smiled nervously. "Right... Well. Goodnight, Kacchan! Seeya tomorrow!!" He waved as he opened Katsuki's door to leave.

After the door clicked back shut, Katsuki grabbed a pillow and pulled it over his face. He started to yell into it, pressing it so hard against his face that his yells were almost completely muffled. He yanked it away and took a deep breath.

He groaned. He got up to turn his TV and game system off, then the lamp, and he plopped back into his bed.

"Fucking hell...."

Izuku closed Katsuki's door and dropped to the ground. He covered his face and started giggling to himself. He heard muffled yelling from being the door, which made him smile even wider. He held his face and listen to Katsuki move around his room. Izuku got back up at just about the same time he heard very quiet cursing from Katsuki's room. He started walking back towards his own room, a flustered mess the entire time.
