Chapter 2

"You wanna come inside and talk," The girl I figured out was Kylie said 
"Yeah sure just let me call someone." 
"Who?"  Kylie said.
"The guy you talked to at the shelter. He is my mentor and he has raised me since I got to the shelter when I was nine."
"Ok but please make it quick.."
I went outside and shut the door and called John. "Yeah it's good don't worry their like us go ahead and come it's fine."
"Ok I have to deal with someone at the shelter then i'll be there." John said. "Ok" I said.
I hung up and walked inside to see them sitting on the couch talking. Then they saw me and they looked at each other for a second and turned back to me.
"So..." Kylie said. "You're like us?"
"What do you think?" I said,
"Yeah." 
"Well, as you can tell we each have our own powers, if you haven't figured out mine yet they're flying and super speed/strength.  Yours, as far as I know, are telekinesis and probably teleportation."
"How did you know?" Kylie asked, surprised,
"The cup you dropped, it flew into your hand"
"But the teleportation part..."Kylie looked confused.
"I study every power possible I keep a tab on everyone, I know most of the more likely power combinations.  I know a lot more than you think." I said, "So you know what Ciara's is too?"
"Well seeing on how she is so quiet it's probably something like invisibility and charmspeak maybe, or invisibility and ghost."
"You got it right the first time." Ciara said quietly, almost scared.
"So why did you guys want to talk to me so much?" I said.
"Well we noticed that there are more monsters appearing, and we have been watching you fight them for the past couple of days." Kylie said,
"So basically you have been stalking me for the past couple of days and watching me fight monsters instead of you guys helping me out." I said plainly.
"Well, yeah but we thought you had it covered, and plus we wanted to take a couple days off."
"Do you think I take any days off?"
"No" Ciara and Kylie both said at the same time.
"Well since you guys have noticed that more monsters are appearing why do you think it's happening?" I asked them.
They looked at each other and then Kylie spoke and said "Well we think there is a world just like this one but it's filled with monsters like the morph you were fighting today. But since they are coming more frequently either they're getting smarter or someone is leaking them information."
"They know we're here. Mixed in with normal humans, they can pick us out" Ciara said.
"Only if you don't know their coming. Can you guys sense if a person is a morph or a regular human?" I asked
"Kind of." They both said. "Well you need to be able to sense it and know immediately if they are or not. Just like you have to be able to sense when someone arrives at your house."
A loud echo filled my ears and maybe the girls heard it too because they both seemed nervous.
"Who's here!?!" Ciara said worriedly.
Kylie jumped off the couch and locked all the doors and windows by using her telekinesis.
"It's ok. Calm down it's just John."
"How do you know?" Kylie said,
"Because like I said you should be able to know or sense when someone is here and I can tell it's him because of the powerful aura that is being emitted from him. That's how he knew I was here too."
"So you're sure it's him?" Kylie asked,
"Yes i'm positive."
"Ok" she said and unlocked all the doors.
Then John came into the room, he was wearing sweatpants and a short sleeve shirt.
A tattoo of a mirror on his arm, I have the same thing on my arm too.
