Ariana Grande reportedly said she wanted fans to 'f***king die' after signing autographs

ARIANA Grande is not helping her cause if she wants people to think that she's actually a decent human being.

The New York Daily News is reporting that the pop brat had a few choice words for fans after visiting a New York radio station.

"She did autographs and pics and was all smiles until she got into the elevator," a source told the newspaper.

"And as soon as the doors shut she said, 'I hope they all f**king die.'"

Given her recent obnoxious behaviour while visiting our shores (she would only be photographed from a certain side, and wouldn't answer questions pertaining to a potential collaboration with Justin Bieber, comparisons to Mariah Carey or her recently cancelled TV show), reports of the singer's increasingly bad reputation are nothing new.

The singer is currently in Tokyo, where she posted pictures of her tattoo to Instagram, writing "I always forget about my lil tat".

She also shared a behind the scenes snap with a furry friend, capturing it "tiniest pup chewin on my YSLs during interview ... I told him it was alright cause he was so damn cute."

E! News' Giuliana Rancic reacted to Grande's Australian debacle by recalling that the singer was difficult to deal with at last year's American Music Awards, when she elbowed the TV host out of her way to make sure the camera got her good side.

"I just felt like it's one thing if it's Mariah," Rancic said. "Whatever it takes to get Mariah to do an interview.

"But when you're new on the block, when you're trying to earn your stripes, you're young, you just gotta do what you gotta do."

Organisers of the recent Stand Up To Cancer benefit were also forced to defend the star after reports emerged that she was "a total nightmare" backstage.

Grande is not endearing herself to her fans, either. She has offered tickets at $500 a pop for her upcoming tour (which includes getting a photo with her), but stipulated that photos are for groups of four to six people, not individuals.

"Really?" exclaimed one media industry insider. "Bieber, Miley, Britney, Katy Perry all did individual pics when they sold these packages."
