The young wolf ran down the stairs to get to the living room. He wanted to go in the woods for a bit but his mother told him that he needed approval from their Alpha since the New Blood pack has been mingling around their borders. The pup hoped their Alpha would grand him at least half an hour of running since he was stuck in the pack house for a week now. He eventually got in the living room where his father, the Beta of the pack, some warriors and the Alpha were seated. His father looked at him and his eyes turned yellow for a second. The boy knew his arrival wasn't pleasant to his father. He turned his body to face the Alpha and took a big breath, preparing himself to ask the question.
-Alpha, do you grant me permission to go out in the woods for just half an hour? Please.
The boy's father stood up, his yellow eyes were piercing through the boy's soul, but he stood his ground, he didn't want the Alpha to see the weak side of him he had in front of his scary father.
The Alpha stood up and went in front of him. He was scared but he kept looking at his leader, but not in the eyes, he was too scared to do that. The Alpha smiled down at the boy and nodded.
-Go, Jimin.
The boy smiled and ran out taking his shirt off in the process. He turned into a beautiful gray wolf and let out a happy howl, running to the woods. He was so happy. After 10 minutes of running, he stopped and sat down. He liked this, but he wished he had someone to share this happiness with, but being the Beta's son didn't help him in making friends. Everyone either hated him or was afraid to approach him. He didn't understand why. His little brother had so many friends, but Jimin had none. He was a shy and scared boy. He just turned 18 and just started training as a wolf since you get to transform at the age of 18. He was harmless. The young wolf sat his head on his paws, feeling sad and as soon as he did that, a brown wolf appeared. He didn't recognize the smell of the wolf, so he was afraid. He sat up quickly and fear could be seen in his yellow eyes. The brown wolf walked slowly in front of him, and through his heard beats Jimin could hear in his ears he made out one word that came from the big brown wolf in front of him.
-Mate.
Whit that, Jimin started running back to his pack, the big brown wolf on his tail. He was too young to have a mate, he was only 18. He started running faster, and as the pack house came into his view, he let out a howl. He saw his mother and the Alpha coming out of the house, both now in wolf form. He turned back into his normal form and ran to his mother who was growling at the brown wolf as Jimin hid behind her leg. He saw the white Wolf in front of him and his mother, protecting them. The brown wolf stopped in front of the white wolf and started growing at the Alpha.
-Leave!
He heard his Alpha growl as the wolf approached them with care. By now the warriors of the pack were around them, and his father was in front of them, behind their Alpha, protecting his family.
-I'm not leaving without him!
-Do you see that gray wolf in front of him? It's his mother, and she's upset. You never want to upset the females of this pack. Leave now or I'll rip out your throat!
-He's my mate!
The Alpha went into attacking pose, and the warriors followed.
-Mate or not, leave!
-I'll come back with my Alpha, no one goes against the rules!
The brown wolf ran back to where he came from and the Alpha turned to the family that was now comforting their scared pup. The white wolf went to Jimin and laid down in front of him. The Alpha was showing weakness in front of a pup, but that was not the problem now, the problem was that the wolf was going to come back.
-He'll come back, with his Alpha this time. I didn't recognize the smell, so be prepared, Jimin.
The Alpha stood up, looked at the pack and let out a howl. They knew what that howl meant. Possible war.
