As the two wolves made it to the pack house, in front of it was a huge bond fire, but the packs were separated by it. Jungkook let go of Onix's hand and went to his pack, while Onix went to her's. She walked to the Beta's family to have a chat with Jimin and her aunt, while Jungkook was discussing hunting plans with his hunters. 

-Have you made up your mind, Jimin? 

Onix asked while her attention was on the apple she was peeling for the boy in Jimin's arms who looked just like him, only 15 years younger. 

-I honestly don't know, Alpha. 

Jimin let out a sigh and took the apple slice Onix offered him. 

-The bond tells me to go with him, to be with him forever, but my rational side tells me it's too soon. I don't want to leave the pack. My father could die at any moment now, and even if my mother is one of the best warriors in here, the family would still need protection. She can't leave this pup alone when there's trouble, you know that. 

Onix nodded, understanding him completely. She had the same thoughts about him when she was banished years ago. He may be the Beta's son, but he was still her cousin. 

-You can always reject him, Chim.

-I don't want to. I may sound selfish, I mean, I don't want to leave with him, but I don't want to reject him. 

Jimin's eyes were full of tears now, and from across the pack grounds, Yoongi's eyes widened, feeling the sadness in his heart.  

-Can't he stay here, Alpha? At my ceremony, you could accept him into our pack, that way he won't have to leave. 

Onix gave him a sad smile and shook her head, she had tears in her eyes too. The poor boy was hurt so bad, and there was nothing she could do. 

-His Alpha won't let him go, he's also a Beta, Jimin. 

Jimin opened his mouth to say something again, but they heard someone screaming from the other pack and quickly rushed there, leaving Jimin's brother with their mother.  

-Taehyung! Kim Taehyung! Has anyone seen Kim Taehyung!? 

There was a tall man, screaming and searching desperately for this boy, Taehyung. In all his desperation he locked eyes with Onix, and in just a few seconds he had her pinned to a big tree, his hand around her neck. The girl was so surprised she had no time to react and was now panicking because she could barely breathe.

-You! What did you do to Taehyung?! Why can't I mind-link him!?

The man was furious and Onix couldn't do anything. Her pack was on the sides, wondering why won't she attack him, but Onix didn't see the brown-haired man with a long nose and heart-shaped lips, she was seeing her brother, the rage in his eyes was the same her brother had when she came back years ago, full of blood, but not her own. She couldn't do anything, she wasn't the Alpha everyone was so afraid of now, she was a 15 years old girl scared for her life. She closed her eyes, just as she did back then, ready to accept death, just as she did back then, but there was one thing that wasn't there back then, and that was her mate. 

In just a matter of seconds, Onix was on the ground, by the tree, her aunt and Jimin by her side, making sure she was alright, and the one pinned to the tree was now the man who was about to kill her. She looked at the tree and saw Jungkook, punching the man in the face, his red eyes were the ones full of rage now, and everyone could hear the growls he let out as he let the man go. 

-Touch her one more time and I'll have your head hanging at the border of my territory!

The man had only a busted lip, "A warrior" was what Onix could think of. Warriors were used to an Alpha's rage, they would often get out of their hands with only a few scratches, maybe a broken rib if the Alpha was furious beyond compare.
