I walk up to the main gates with two guards station out front. I once again pull out general tullius' orders and look them over:

Archer as your efforts on recruiting has been much since recognized. You and you alone has recruited this army over 4,000 troops and I will personally award you but first I need you efforts again. A carriage will leave tonight to take you to whiterun where we need you to recruit at least 9 people to join our army. when you get back to solitude test them, see what weapon is there best and so on. If you believe they will where us down put them to work in the barracks. I know you'll do good. don't disappoint me

I look up from the letter to the door and I think aloud "Well I'd better get started.
