Ryan, Na'Sanie, and a few other people sit at the back of the cafeteria talking to each other. Ryan is sitting on the edge of the table in different clothes than what he had on earlier. He's sitting on the table in dark blue skinny jeans, a royal purple Billie Ellish beanie, black Converse and a Megadeth long sleeved shirt with the front tucked into the front of his pants.

Ryan and Na'Sanie sit a bit farther away from the other kids. They're considered "emo loners," but they honestly don't care. They like their uniqueness in the school environment.

They both sit there complaing about their classes until Na'Sanie random blurts out to Ryan.

"Dude, do you remember that guy who walked past us in the hallway earlier?

Ryan responds with a simply nod of his head while looking at the group of cheerleaders three tables of him.

Na'Sanie continues talking about how he met Adrian and how he was a really chill guy who seemed really cool.

"And why should I care dingus?" Ryan's response makes Na'Sanie face scrunch up slightly.

Adrian walks into the cafeteria, confused by the size of the school itself. To him, the hallways are especially wide, the classrooms are crowded and the teachers are extremely rude. He looks around the crowds of people, assuming their titles to himself.

"There's the jocks, those are the nerds. Cheerleaders to the right, band geeks and head bangers in front of me." He whispers to himself as he walks, looking for Na'Sanie.

Adrian decides to get his lunch first so at least he has it. Still looking for Na'Sanie, he turns his music up and doesn't pay much attention to all the people staring and whispering about him.

Mildly singing a Kiss song, he looks down at his tray, not paying attention to what's in front him.

Bam!

Clash!

Adrian slams into someone, which knocks his food on them, his headphones snatched out of his ear and they both fall to the floor.

Adrian gets up and looks down at the kid on the floor. He feels bad, not only about hitting the kid but also dropping his food. The kid sits on the dirty floor, covered in sloppy joe and corn for a minute. He stands up dusting the food off him as he mumbles to himself.

They both look at each other, almost being the same height. Adrian thinks to himself, "oh shit I'm in trouble". He lifts his head up and the two lock eyes. For Adrian, he felt something he never really felt before. He wondered if the kid felt the same or was he just trying to find a way to kick Adrian's ass

The entire cafeteria goes quiet, watching the two stand there, impatiently waiting for what's going to happen

A couple student yell out "Fight!" or "Beat his ass!" Na'Sanie runs in front of Adrain and starts trying to calm everyone down.

"Hey Adrian, this is my friend Ryan....Ryan, this is the guy I was telling you about, Adrian." Na'Sanie's words seemed not to break the lock between Ryan and Adrian.

They seemed to intertwined in there thoughts, it was scary for both of them. Neither knew what the other one was thinking.

"I-I..uh....uhm.." Ryan could barely say anything, he just stood there with his face completely red. He never met someone so well dressed, so different, so fucking cute.

Adrian runs out of the cafeteria as quickly as possible. Everyone else is still quiet and Na'Sanie just looks at Ryan with the most confused stare.
