Camp Half Blood

My head filled with nightmares as I slept. Hounds and all kinds of monsters chasing me. My father being put on trail. The scene changed and shown a Golden tomb. A raspy voice with a deep tone spoke, "Beware child of Marriage, you will be a pawn in my game and not even you can stop me from rising from Taurus!" The laughter of the voice filled my head and I sat up sweating. I look around a small room that looked like a cabin. The only other person in the room has eyes all over him. I didn't want to question it. My head hurt from all the information and the voice is echoing endlessly in my mind. A tan boy with dark hair about my age walked in with some water. He looked at me and turned to look at the multiple eyed man and said "Go tell Chiron she is awake. I know he will want to talk to her." The man nodded and walked out. He sat near me and gave me the drink, I drank the whole thing in a minute. It tasted like my Dad's dark chocolate cookies. The boy gave me a concerned look and took the drink."Come on let me show you around." He helped me walk till I got my footing. The outside of the cabin was beautiful. Other cabins with flags and decorations covered the buildings. I had seen forests before but this was amazing. The boy explained each cabin. I was listening but each cabin explanation made me more confused. I grabbed his hand and said everything that was on my mind. "What is this place? Why am I here? Is my Dad ok? " He sighed and blushed when he seen I had his hand. "I am sorry I forgot that you knew nothing of our world. First off my name is Tua Murphy, this place is your new home Camp Half Blood, the only place safe for demigods like us, and as for your dad Chiron will explain about him. For now let me show you around." All the information hit me like a train. In the end all I could manage was a nod. The cabins were nice, none seemed like they would be mine. We walked towards two cabins that looked like white temples. The second one seemed to speak to me. "Which one is this cabin?" I ask with curiosity. Tua looked and smiled "oh that's cabin number two; no one lives there its Hera's cabin. She has no children, she is loyal to her husband. " He showed me around till we arrived at a big house on a hill.
I almost fell over when I saw the sight. There is Mr. Jay playing chess with a young blonde boy. I walk up the steps of the house. "Mr. Jay why are you here?" I said with shock. He smiled at me "I told you I would see you soon." The other man looked me over and said "You and your father sure know how to cause a fuss in Olympus." Mr. Jay glared "We have much to talk about. Now lets go have some tea." I sat down when I seen it, Mr. Jays lower body was a horse! I was about to ask but he interrupted me, "I am a centaur and my real name is Chiron. Lets get down to business, I usually don't tell kids their parents before claiming but your an interesting case. Your mom is Hera and your grandfather is Hades." He let that sink in. My throat became dry and I wanted to crawl in a hole this is to much. "So is my Dad ok?" I managed. Chiron smiled "Your Dad was not punished. He is in the underworld working with your grandfather and uncle." My head was reeling. "The reason I am telling you this is because most people won't accept who your mom is." Chrion said. I could get what he was saying however, I wasn't really accepting it. We walked out and he told me, I could go and walk around till dinner.
The camp was located in a forest by a large lake. It was full of kids of all ages ranging from 7 to 18. Its unique and bursting with life. I heard some screams, I ran towards the noise. It was a dog like the one last night although, it was different and familiar. The hound looked at me and charged at full speed. It tackled me before I could grab my sword. The dog was twice my size, when I looked in its eyes. A realization came over me. "Shadow!" I exclaimed. The campers were all in a choas, I had to stop it before they kill him. I jumped up infront of the kids about to stab shadow. "Don't that's Shadow, he's a good dog or hellhound, I guess." They looked cautious till a boy with blonde hair and green eyes came forward. "How are you sure this hound is good" he said glaring. I could already tell the dude was a jerk. "He's my pet, I know it." The guy looked at his friends then smirked and said "Look you hit your head hard last night. He is not your hound more or less a good one." He smiled raising his sword towards Shadow, who was standing behind me, trying to protect my back. This guy is getting on my nerves, I stepped up closer pushing down his sword. "He is mine! You won't touch him!" Everyone started to back away and gasp. The boy said "Look above you." I looked up to see a pair of rings and a skull hanging above my head. I never seen so much fear in a group of peoples eyes.
Chiron had rushed to my aid- what he thought was a fight- instead he had to explain what I was and my mom and after the surprise left everyone's faces, we all headed to the main cabin for dinner. The rest of the night flew by after dinner. I choose to go to Hera's cabin early to many kids whom were looking at me like I was a monster.
The only person that treated me with kindness was Tua. I hoped Tua would make everything better, he was good with words.
When I got inside my cabin it felt cold and heartless. The singulair bed only made me feel lonely. When I hit the bed, I fell into a world of nigntmares.
