It was a hard inpact, a heavy thud into the surface of Elpis, Athena's head was spinning.
She had blocked most of the force of impact on her, and keeping her from hitting her head of something tough on the transferance to zero gravity, using her shield, Aspis still failed to let her down.
Even though Aspis had absorbed most of the force of impact, her head was still spinning as a voice started to speak to her, she was too concussed to understand the words spoken entirely.
Suddenly the container opened, and she found herself struggling for air, following a figure too blurred to discern detail....they were tall though, and they were trying to get her to follow them.
Athena, hoping for a quick death, or possible rescue quickly followed, moving through pockets of oxygen in order to reach this person's home.
As soon as she was through the door the world hit her suddenly, her enhanced natural healing beginning to fix a few bruised ribs, at least Atlas was good for something (With the exception of their Lattes, those were exceptional)
After a few moments of adjusting, Athena barely heard the words from the figure in front of her
"I'm Janey Springs, good to meet ya!" This persons voice rang out
Athena's eyes focussed just enough to see a woman in front of her, tall, blonde hair. The thing more evident to Athena were the scars and burn marks that covered the womans flesh.
In Athena's line of work she had learned to recognise battle-hardened men and women. The look behind this Janey's eye, and the scars across her body. This woman had seen some heartbreak and felt some pain.
These thoughts taking mere seconds in Athena's calculating mind, she responded to Janey's words quickly
"I'm Athena" She replied, her voice came out more urgent and agressive than intended maybe, but it showed Janey she meant buisness.
As Athena observed, this had the opposite intended affect on Janey, causing slight light in the woman's eyes, and a brief flush to the cheeks as she purred
"Well hello..."
