everyone thought she would be born in may. the doctors said she wasn't due. and yet that bright eyed baby couldn't wait another day. so as April came to a close, when the flowers were still freshly bloomed, that angel came into the world on the second to last day of April.
she looked just like her mother. fresh faced and soft, her eyes already light. her father beamed, a beauty they had made. the innocence of a new family, of fresh love.
