The three were running confusingly. They couldn’t see anything because it was already past 6:00 in the evening. It was very dark indeed and all the lights were out even the school staffs and other students are nowhere to be found obviously dismissal time was an hour ago…

Luckily David and Paolo saw the library door open and so they went in to find a place to hide. They hid on different places. Paolo under the library table while David under the librarian's desk.

David: Paolo?..Are you there? (he said whispering)

Paolo: yeah..

David: Where are you?

Paolo: I’m here under the table

David: ok I’m quite near you

Paolo: Where are you?

David: here under the librarian’s desk

They saw each other and signaled. Then David whispered again.

David: It’s kinda dark but…I think were safe here…

Paolo: yeah don’t move...

(David and Paolo were both whispering when David suddenly noticed something… )

David: Wait!

Paolo: SSHHH..Don’t shout…(Paolo whispered)

David: Where’s Angel?

Paolo: I don’t know…

Silence was deafening inside the school library…just a little sound made by even a small rat can be heard…

David called for Angel to assure if she was also there inside the library

David: Angel?

David called but there was no reply. Then Paolo repeated…

Paolo: Angel?..

David: where is she? She’s following us, right?

Paolo: yeah I saw her behind us earlier while we are at the hallway from our classroom

Suddenly, they heard footsteps echoed from behind the bookshelf.

David: Angel?

Paolo: Angel is that you?

They both called whispering….

Paolo: wait I better check it…

Paolo went out of the table to check for Angel if she was also inside the library. He walked slowly trying to hide himself and at the same time looking for Angel.

Then the strange figure appeared a few inches away from the bookshelf.

David saw it and tried to give Paolo a sign that the figure is coming near him and it’s creeping behind the bookshelf.

Paolo: What? I can’t hear you.

David signaled again but even more nervously at this time

Paolo: What? I can’t understand you

David was pointing at the direction where Paolo was standing

Paolo: What?

David couldn’t resist it anymore he shouted…

David: DON”T GO NEAR THAT!!~

It was too late… Paolo was covered with all the books and the shelf and some of the trophies that are being put above the shelf.

David was horrified he went out from where he was hiding and found the stairs in front of the library entrance… Full of terror he tried to run but he can't move his feet. He seemed paralyzed by the terror he was feeling.

David: WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

David went to the stairs but he fell running. The figure appeared in front of him but unfortunately he couldn't stand. He got a leg fracture. David shouted for help. His sweat is making his eyes blurry that all he saw was the knife ready to stab him then his world turned dark.
