The Tall Man In The Trees

Chapter 3

(Ally's POV)

It's been three years since I saw my brother slaughtered in front of me. Mom and Dad to me therapists, then shrinks, now I'm on anti-psychotics. I plan to lie and start pretending that I didn't see the tree man, that don't now either. Well the first part is a lie but the second part is the truth. Ever since that night, I havnt even seen him or Sally. If he saw my now he would probably have a heart attack, Sally too. I look a lot different then when I was a little girl. I still have my long hair, my icy blue eyes, and I'm still the palest kid on earth. The difference is I don't where anything happy anymore I wear band tees, skinny jeans, vans and converses. I wear a lot of make up too. I have a two percings now. I got my ears periced and I have a nose percing too. Besides that I'm the same by looks. I go to a hell hole of a middle school. I have two friends a tiny pixie of a girl named Isabella...She has a weird liking to corsets. I also have Lucinda she is the gothic princess of school. We are the outsiders there's only us three...until the day he came........

"Class please take your seats"

All of us hates this teacher her name was Mrs.Reveltt. I planned to tune her out with my music until I saw this kid walk in.

"Class this is Jeffery... He is a new student"

I finally perked up by the looks of this guy black jeans a white hoody pulled up so nobody could see his face. He was alluring... I was interrupted by hearing Mrs.Revlett say....

"Jeffery you may sit with our group of little sun shines over there" she point at our table of three

Isabella piped in "we have never had more than just us three girls and now we might have a guy how cool is this"

"It's not cool Isabella" Lucinda whispered loudly

"Maybe this is a good thing tha..." I started to say but then Jefferey sat down.

We all look towards him when he said

"Hey little sunshines" he chucked "My names Jeff"

"We are anything but sunny" we all said at once

"I can see that"

We sat through 2 hours of torcher... And yes jeff was now part of us.

Jeff and I saw we had the same class next but decided to skip in a empty portal for the rest of the day.

"Jeff why don't you ever take of your hood" I asked

"No reason really... I just don't like people looking at my face"

"Could I atleast see"

"No"

"Please"

"Fine but you must not run away scream or tell anyone and you must kiss me 1st"

Typical middle school boys I thought, I leaned forward and kissed him. It wasn't long but jeff did kiss me back as he did so he pulled off his hood. I nearly screamed his face was

Leathery white, he had no eye lids , his hair was messy and black, and he had a smile carved into his face.

"Don't you scream" he warned

"W..W..what happened to your face?"

"That is none of your business and you should be so rude"

"What is your real name?"

"Jeffery"

"Your last name?"

"I really don't have one. We'll I do but I don't use it anymore. I made myself a new last name you can say"

"What is it?"

"Jeff the Killer"

I started to push myself away from him, but he pinned me down.

"I really wish I could kill you now..but sadly I can't I have orders to watch you."

"By whom?"

"None of your businesses...now not a word you understand."

I nodded as he put his hood back on and left the room. I went home in utter fear of Jeff and what he may do to me...I fell asleep watching a shadow in the corner of my room.
