To the Past!...but wait

Right as we were about to leave one of the guys we thought we dead threw a knife. And the knife was aimed right at Naruko!

It was like the world started to move in slow motion. I felt my body start to move even though I didn't tell it to do anything. I saw my dad slowly trying to get to Naruko.

I saw Kakashi ready to throw a kini at the knife. And I saw Naruko frozen. I wanted to yell at her to scream at her to move out of the way. But I couldn't even open my mouth.

Then Time went back to the normal speed and every thing happened so quickly. Kakashi threw the Kini but just barely missed the knife. My dad's foot got caught in a tree root and he feel.

I knew I couldn't make it running so I threw myself at Naruko's feet just in time to knock her down so the knife missed all her vital organs and hit her in the shoulder. Naruko let of a sharp cry of pain.

Kakashi went over to the guy who throw the knife and killed him. "Naruko are you ok?" I ask watching as she pulled the knife out of her shoulder grunting in the process.

"Am I ok? I should be asking you that." She said after she pulled the knife out and instantly there was the sizzling sound of flesh being repaired.

"Am I ok you're the one that just got hit by a knife." "True but I'm not the one that's glowing and slightly see through." I give her a confused look and looked down at my hands. They were glowing a soft gold color and where completely see through.

My dad then came over after grabbing a medkit from one of the bags. "Thank god! Even with your healing factor that would have killed you." He yelled while he hugged her.

And a Smiling Naruko was the last thing I saw before I left.
