Chapter 1~Him

Sophie's POV

I wake up to a helicopter noise. I go to my window but it is to fogged up.

I am getting a bit scared. You would to if you had powers that could one take out an army or two, two if you had to stay away from people because they would kill me, and three If you were a girl who is being watched closely by the government.

I run down stairs to see 3 men. 1 has a bow, a gray leather jacket, and does not look to friendly. Another one has Brown hair, A billionaire smile, and has something that he has in his pocket which I can't tell is a coin. The last one looks formilar I don't know how but he does. He has Brown hair that is sorta messy, a calming feel to him, a gray shirt, and blue pants.

My mom runs out and looks at me. He looks at me and then looks at them. She seems RELIEVED!!!

"It is ok Sophie this who I said I wanted you to meet yesterday." She says and I remember me tuning and hiding in my room once I heard it.

"Oh yeah." I say then they all look at me.

I am getting really nervous. You see when I get really mad I lose control. My eyes turn completely black, I get 30 times stronger that the normal person and my hair turns silver. I have no clue all I know is I am not in control for a long time when it happens. I only have 3 other powers but they are probably a lot more useful and safe. I can read minds, make portals to anyplace that I think of, and can also heal.

My mom is a mutant. So...

I just stare at them. My hands are sweating. I think of the woods quickly and make a portal and jump in it before anyone can stop me. That is when I see someone is trying to get in the portal so I quickly close it.

I am in a forest. It is so peaceful here. I don't fit in. I am a bomb. You never know when I will explode.

I sit against a tree thinking,

Why me? Why was I cursed?

Then I remember my mom.

She wants ME to meet PEOPLE!! HAS SHE LOST HER MIND!? She has tried this before it was a disaster. I almost killed my only friend. Lets just says I have no friends from that after.

And who were those people. What if they were from the...

My mom has lost it. What should I do? Wait tell I think there gone, or go back? I don't know.

Then I feel something a voice saying 'you need to go back'

So I look at my hair that is in front of my face. All the things I have lived through and this is what my future is. Being experimented on by the government.

Well I guess it is better than hiding.

So I make a portal back to my room. I hop in and close it. I leave my room and go down stairs.

"Sorry." I say quietly.

"Sophie!" My mom screams then hugs me. She knows I only use that if I feel like I am going to go... Angry lets just say.

"I am fine." I say knowing she was going to ask.

"Ok then come on your going to meet your father." She says
