Ninjago, Masters of Spinjitzu: Season 0: Pilot Episode: 2

(Continuing from the previous episode, Kai is being ambushed by three mysterious Ninja.)

(Kai shoves the electric toothbrush into the shuriken-wielding one's mouth; Kai ducks as he spits it out, causing it to hit his nunchuck-carrying comrade in the face. It bounces off and lands in the back of the third ninja's suit, vibrating him.)

(They look up just in time to see Kai scrambling into the rafters; He manages to dodge one ninja's attack, sending him falling into one of the rooms.)

Kai: Hahahahahaha- Oof! (One of them sends him flying out of the roof; He lands near the dragon statue- and the button that turns on the training equipment. Thinking quickly, he presses it as the Ninja scramble out into the courtyard. The spinning equipment takes them out, disarming them. But it's not over yet.)

(Down to feet and fists, the three ninja continue their relentless attack. They fight like badgers, finally ending up in a dogpile-)

Sensei Wu: Stop!!

(Harper comes rushing out of her room, wearing only a red tank top, and gray sweats.)

Harper: What in Ninjago's Name is going on out here!?

(The four get to their feet.)

Cole, Jay and Zane: Yes, Sensei.

Kai: (confused) Wait a minute, they're your students too? (Sensei Wu nods.) This was my final test, wasn't it...

Jay: Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa! You never said anything about a fourth. It's always three. Three Blind Mice, Three Musketeers, three-

Cole: (cutting Jay off) Uh, what he's trying to say, Sensei Wu, is that three of us have trained together. We're solid.

Kai: Didn't look so solid to me. (Cole shoots him a glare.)

Zane: Master, what is the meaning of this?

Sensei Wu: Each of you have been chosen. Each in tune with elemental properties. But first! Ninja Go!

(Sensei Wu uses his Spinjitzu to change the outfits of the four Ninja and give them each a weapon.)

Kai: Whoa! How'd he do that?!

Harper: (Teasing Kai) It was magick! OoOooH!!

(Kai shoots Harper an unamused look. She laughs)

Jay: (elated) Haha, look what color I am!

Cole: Wait a minute, I'm still black.

(Sensei Wu starts donning each Ninja with their respective element.)

Sensei Wu: Kai, Master of Fire. (He taps Kai's shoulder with his bamboo stick, as if knighting him.) It burns bright in you. (The stick makes it's way to Jay's shoulder.) Jay is blue. Master of Lightning.

Jay: Heh, that's not all I'm the master of. I do a little inventing, I dabble in model building, touch of cooking, little poetry...

Cole: (sighs) More like "Mouth of Lightning".

Harper: Hah! Good one, Cole!

(Cole and Harper high five)

Sensei Wu: Black Ninja is Cole. Solid as rock. Master of Earth.
