Chapter 3

"You're in a wheelchair?!"

They all looked at me with wide eyes. Not that i hadn't expected it, It's not often you see a girl my age that looks really healthy, sitting in a wheelchair. I decided to just be myself, what could go wrong? "No, I'm just pretending" i said, making it sound like i hadn't seen their faces. It Was a moment of silence, before everyone started laughing. "So i guess You're the sarcastic type?" Ryland said with a big smile, trying to keep in the laugh. "Noooo" i said, sarcastically of course. I Was the queen of sarcasm! That caused more laughing, naturally enough.

When everybody stopped laughing, they looked around in My room. "You wasn't joking When you said she Was a Austin & Ally fan" Ross said to Chris, pointing at My walls. I think It's about fifty posters of Ross, Laura, Raini and Calum there!

"Wait, you talked about me behind My back?" i asked Chris, and turned My chair so i Was facing in his direction. It Was meant to be treathening, but it worked better before. I used to be as tall as Chris is/was, cause i Was tall for a girl, and He Was short for a guy. I don't know if I'm as tall as him now, you know, since I've been sitting in a chair for the past two years...

We all talked for a really long time, and i got On really Well with them. Especially Rocky! He Was like, the coolest guy EVER! And, He also called me a musical genius!! And i mean, That's his nickname!

Ross Was really quiet actually, but Maybe That's just How He is. I mean, Maybe He Isn't that outgoing as i had expected him to be?

Narrator's POV (=none of the persons)

The Lynch kids went home, and all of them noticed How quiet and shy Ross had been acting. Rocky said "Hey dude, What's up?". "Nothing" Ross said, and being as good as an actor He is, they believed him.....almost. After all, they were his family! "We know It's something wrong, just tell us!" Rydel said, worrying a bit for her younger brother. "No, seriously, everything's fine!" He said, and went to his room. They could all hear the door slam shut behind him.

"Woah, What's his problem?" Ryland asked, very confused. They all shrugged their shoulders, except Rydel and Riker. They had a thinking frowns On thier foreheads. "Ross is in love" Riker suddenly popped out with. They all looked at him. "How Do you know that?" Rocky asked, not understanding anything. But it wasn't Riker that answered, it Was Rydel. "He acted the same way When He first met Dianne. Except the slamming-with-the-door thing" she said, but Rocky and Ryland still looked confused. "But Why did He slam with the door, then?" Rocky asked, and it Was Riker that answered him. "Remember what she looked like?" He said, and they all nodded. "Yeah, blue eyes, Brown, almost red hair- Oh" Ryland said, and suddenly realised it. "Yeah. And she completely broke his heart" Rydel said.

What they didn't know, Was that in that exact moment, Ross Was upstairs in his and Ryland's room, sobbing because of a girl. Yeah, you don't really believe it, Do you? Ross Lynch crying his heart out because of a girl?

But he's more sensitive than you think.
