I got angry a defense mechanism I have used for years. My quirk activating I had thrown a knife at her but it missed due to someones sudden intrusion. I back away from my mother knives in my hands, my body in a ready position, backing towards the door. When I find a clear second I turn my head to see a furious........Mirio Togata? How did he even? Wait? What the f-. My thoughts were abruptly stopped by an incoming punch to my face, seeing no reason to dodge it I braced myself for impact but, nothing came I weakly and slowly opened my eyes only to see Mirio engaged in battle with my mother. His teeth gritted together, fist curved ad in the air. His eyes gleamed with anger. It was amazing but why, well no time to think of this I need to stop her before something happens to him. Once again I activate quirk to its full extent. Knives were thrown everywhere even the one in my left arm. After at most a grueling minute I had rushed in to take most of the blunt force of her strength. I was clear that she was out for blood, my blood with her giving it her all behind each punch to my now frail-like body. With one last release of the titanium kunai knife in my arm towards my mother's head she hit had caught it and threw to the ground ripping the string to thin line that it had stretched into. And that was the final blow to me before darkness had enveloped me and my eyes.
