I tried to kick and punch the owner the arm that led to the hand tightly wrapped around my neck, but the grip was becoming tighter and my vision was getting blurrier by the second. I watched the man with a death grip around my neck murder people. He murdered a superhero, a psychic, and an alien; All of whom were my friends. Now he's about to kill me, unfortunately, it's not a fast and painless death. I thought sadly about who would take care of my little brother. I finnaly gave up fighting and accepting my fate, which included me being dropped from atleast a mile above the road below. My snow white hair, waving in front of my golden eyes, was spotted in dry blood.

Suddenly, the grip around my neck released me, I closed my eyes, and sucked in sweet, sweet air. Then I realized something was wrong; I forgot I was being held above a long stretch of nothing. So I was just falling through the air atleast , straight towards a concrete ground.

I was going to die.

Tears formed in my eyes for the first time since my mother died, and started upwards before they touched my cheeks. I started crying in the air like a child; But I didn't care. I started to hyperventilate. I started to sweat. I started to sob.

It's going to be over soon... Don't worry

Then my shoulder was suddenly shoved. I shot straight up into a sitting position. My eyes were wide, I was soaked in sweat, tears were streaming down my face, and I was breathing hard, so hard I almost passed out. I used my hands and arms to support my sitting position. I calmed down. Am I in heaven...? I shook my head to come to my senses. Then I looked around the room to see Annie, Jake, and Infinity with worried looks on their faces. Jake was sitting on the foot of my bed, Annie was right next to my bed on the side I was closer to, and Infinity was leaning on the doorway with his arm crossed only a few feet from my bedside.

"Are you okay?" Annie squeaked, I noticed her hands were on my arm," you seemed to have had a really bad nightmare..."

"I-I think I'm fine..." I croaked, my voice cracking at "fine", " I-I'm glad it w-was only a nightmare..." My eyes fell on to Annie, then on to Infinity, then onto Jake. My eyes started to water up again. My eyes couldn't contain the tears anymore, I've been holding them in for so long, I think it was okay for me to cry. The tears streamed down my face leaving hot trails behind them. I pulled Annie into a hug, sobbing into her red nightwear, she didn't seem to care because she held me like I've needed to be held ever since that day my mother passed away.

"I t-thought you all were d-dead..." I quietly sobbed into her P.Js. I knew that she had seen my dream, she's a mind reader anyway.

Annie held me tighter, "but we're not... We're right here..." I felt another pair of arms wrap around her and I, I lifted my head to see Jake, joining in the hug. I buried my face back into Annie's shoulder, then soon feeling another pair of strong arms holding us all together. As much as I couldn't believe it, Infinity had joined the hug. Even though he's an alien, he's got feelings as well.

I love my friends.

They mean the world to me.
