"Why not?" My mom and I have been disputatious these few weeks. I really want to go to my best friend, Will's house.

I ran into my room and plopped on my bed. Right on time, Will texted me.

As it got darker, I stared at the ceiling. Plastic, glowing stars filled my room. I remembered when Will gave them to me as a birthday present when we were only 8 years old. My ears were filled with arguing and yelling. "She can NOT go." " And why can't she." My mom said. "But sh-- . My dad was cut off because I drifted to sleep.

When I woke up, I went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth. After, I trampled down stairs to meet my mom. She was staring at me with an evil smile. I was kinda curious and really confused. I sat down at the table where my dad was drinking his strong smelling coffee. At this point, I was just playing with my food. It wasn't because I wasn't hungry, I just was thinking. My moms's voice snapped me out of my thoughts." So we have decided to let you go." I was so happy. "Thank you, thank you." I ran upstairs , leaving my plate of scraps to text Will.

It was 8:00 so I decided to get ready. I took a shower and put on a green jersey-like sweater with black jeans and combat boots. I put my kinky curly hair into a messy bun and switched my phone case to the one that says I woke up like this. I packed my things and it was 9:10. My dad drove me to the airport. There, I printed my ticket, went through security and sat at my gate which was C13.

The ride was boring. I was annoyed by little kids who kicked my chair. Soon I fell asleep and their eardrum-busting screeches were suddenly muted.
