Dear friend ,
Sorry I didn't write for 2 days . I kinda got lazy . Anyways , Calum is only almost through the book . I can finish it in one hour . He's about 30 pages away from the end .
That was the actual 2 days ago . Today I'm going to therapy .
I'm wearing a turquoise dress with socks up to my ankles , and the high heels are blue . I put my hair in a pony tail and grab my keys . "Good luck ." Rose says while I'm on my way out .
I'm finally at therapy and I sit next to Calum . "I finished the book ya know ?" He whispered to me . "Really ? How was it ?" Of course I knew it was the best book in the history of everything .
"Good ." He said . "So how's everyone ? Anyone had sex the past 16 days ?"
Jonas said .
A boy with a black piercing on his lip and brown hair . "Yeah , uh , me ." He raised his hand .
"How come ?" Jonas asked .
"I don't know . You try not banging a hot girl ." He laughed at his own comment , so did everyone . Jonas kept a face that wanted to laugh but kept serious .
We moved on and no one except that boy has had sex . I head out , I'm probably the last one . I'm about to leave until I feel someone pull me into a closet .
"What the fuck ?" I yell . "It's me . Carter ." Carter whispers .
"What do you want ?" I don't look up once . "Come on . I'm sorry , I just , I don't want to get to attached to someone . " He looked down too . I got kinda guilty .
"Why ?"
"Melissa ."
"Oh ."
"Yeah ." He simply said .
"Why to me ?" I asked .
"Because , your funny and sweet and I don't want to be hurt by you ."
"Oh ."
Then there's complete silence .
"Sorry if I hurt your feelings , I didn't mean to . I wanted to keep your feelings not to get attached to mine either . " he hugged me . "It's fine ." I hug back . "Wanna go to your house ?" He asked and I nodded .
I took him in my car and we didn't see Rose's car anywhere in the parking lot . We got in and I got a Hawaiian Punch in a can out I the refrigerator .
Carter , of course , isn't anywhere to be found . "Carter ?" I said walking to my room , pass the living room . "Carter ? Don't scare me ." I opened my door and he wasn't in . Thank god . I turn around and see Carter . "Boo bitch ." He said .
"CARTER DONT DO THAT !" I laughed and hold my heart . "You scared the living shit out of me ." I went to my laptop which is on my desk . I put on Ride by SoMo .
"Nice song ." Carter sat on my bed . "For real ." I laughed with him . I go on my twitter and type "@ItsAriGrey : Take off those heels , lay on my bed . 👅💦" A lot of people tweet back .
I go to my profile and see I've reached 1.2m . "Holy god . Damn your famous !" Carter added .
I punch him in the arm and drink some of my Hawaiian Punch .
I get a call from Calum , my phone was in my pocket .
"Hey ." I said .
"Hi ."
"Done with the book ?"
"Yup . Didn't I tell you ?"
"Oh , right ."
"Where are you ?"
"Home ."
"Alone ?" He asked .
"With Carter ."
"Oh ." I heard sadness in his voice .
"Can I come over ? Ya know , when he's gone ."
"Okay ." I said and he hung up . "Who was that ?" Carter asked . "Calum ." I shrugged my shoulders . I turn around and see Carter with his knuckles white and jaw clenched . "Um .. Carter ?" I asked . He looked at my and I clenched his jaw , same with his fist .
"I have to go ." Carter adds . He then leaves . I tell Calum , 10 minutes later he's at my front door . "Hey ." He laughs . "Hi ." I say back .
Calum goes in my room , now in my laptop is playing Shower - Becky G . About to end though .
Not to long that Good Girls by 5SOS comes on .
"THIS SONG IS THE BEST !" I accidentally yell . Calum laughs until he's on the floor about to die . "Whatever ." I slap his arm . "It's boring here , let's go to my apartment ." Calum adds .
I turn off my laptop and we go to his apartment . Only Ashton was there and no , it's only Calum's apartment , they don't share .
"Hey Calu- oh , hi Ariana ." Ashton said . I wave quietly as possible . "Holy god Michael plunged the toilet . I gotta go , Luke needs me ." Ashton was looking at his phone with his keys in his hand and feet moving to the door .
"Now were alone .. Once again ." I said . I check the time and it was 4:34pm . Rose must have gotten home by now .
I look around again . The TV shining into Calum's eyes . His concentrated face . "Earth to Ariana ." Calum snapped his fingers in my face . "Um .. Sorry . Where's my book ?" I asked .
He goes into his room and takes about 2 minutes . He comes out with the book in his hands .
"You now have to read one of my favorite books ." He added . "Which one ?" I asked . I've probably have read any book he's read .
"It's kind of a funny story ." He said . "What's the story ?"
"That's the title ."
"Never heard of it ."
"Now you have ." He hands me the book that was in the coffee table in front of us .
"What's it about ?"
"15 year old kid that's in a smart school , then has depression ." I like books that keep me on , not in the middle . Ever since the beginning .
"Sounds good ."
"It is . You can come closer ." He added . I came closer to him and he put his hands out for me to hug . I hug them of course . Before I know what's happening my eyes are getting heavy .
I woke up in Calum's bed . I check the time and it's 6:12pm , Calum's next to me taking his nap . "Calum !" I yell . "What ?!" His eyes shut open and he almost fell . "Hi ." I said . I then go back to my nap , now in Calum's arms .
