Day 1

"And from the darkness we see the light

Shining through as bright as day

And brilliant as an angel

From there we realize

We are not alone

We are not hopeless"

There is no such thing as "nothing going your way" that simply means you have not the ability to see the positive points in life.

We all possess the ability to change,

but the real question is,

do we have the goodness in our hearts to change?

Humans are weak,

we are cruel,

and we are selfish.

But that is what let's humanity achieve wonders,

We as humanity are not always cruel,

we can be caring and loving,

we are all the same thing.

We are humanity.

There is no stronger feeling and there is no power greater than being part of something so extraordinary.

It's all dark around you,

you are all alone,

the walls are closing in on you,

you feel like all hope is lost,

and then you realize you were never alone,

that everything you've ever needed is right there for you,

it appears right before your eyes and you see hope itself,

then you no longer become lost to fear.

You are safe.

This was all pretty much junk I had bouncing around in my head for a while so I felt like writing it down. Most of it has no real value to me but one.
