Sixty-four. What I Did Wrong

"Taehyung at least try talking to him" Chanyeol said sitting next to him watching as Taehyung looks at old videos and pictures of them together, it's been the only thing he's been doing since the call. He hadn't even checked his messages or missed calls, he's been too busy wondering what he did wrong.

"He won't reply...I know he wont, what ever I did I messed up. I don't know what I did but whatever it was must have really hurt him, so I know he wont forgive me for it" Taehyung said honestly, Chanyeol sighed. "Maybe it's something you said, go through your messages and look at the last thing you said to him" Taehyung rolled his eyes and rolled over on his side looking out his slightly cracked window "I'll be tempted to texts him if I do and if I text him...it'll make everything worse"

"Taehyung-" he cuts Chanyeol off saying "he mentioned me worrying about Jungkook replacing him so maybe that's what it is...maybe" he paused then gasped and set up "maybe it's because I was jealous of him being friends with Jungkook! And he got mad about me not being okay with him liking Jungkook and couldn't take it anymore" Taehyung said still not opening their messages,

"O-or he wants me to know that if I can't accept him being with Jungkook then he'll stop being my best friend! And I can live with him being with Jungkook, hell I'd plan there damn wedding if it meant that we could be best friends again" his eyes begin to water and his breathing becomes heavy "I-I do anything...anything is this world if it meant he'd forgive me. I mean I don't know what I did wrong but whatever I did..." he stopped looking down at his phone.

Looking back out the window his vision becomes
blurry but Chanyeol couldn't see it, looking back at his phone he took a deep breath and softly whispered with regret in his voice "I hate myself for it..."
