"Come on! Lets go! The fireworks are about to start!" Seeing their smile spreads a warm fuzzy feeling through the plague doctors body. The way the magicians apprentice's childish antics radiates such an innocent and pure energy into the towns atmosphere Julian can only follow behind as he is being dragged through a sea of civilian with a pure and genuine smile. How he wouldn't have them any other way.
"Hurry up Julian! We won't be able to get a good spot!" Julian can only share a light chuckle at Y/N's determination to have the perfect spot to watch the show from.
"Darling you know it's only fireworks right?"
Y/n continues to run to a spot just on a rock which gives them the perfect hight advantaged to view the firework display.
"They May only be fireworks to you but to me it's much more than just fireworks! It's an art! How all the colours collide together in the sky with the stars it just truly magical!" By the time Y/N had finished her little speech she could see that she had drawn a bit of attention to herself during her outburst to which they had earned a couple of giggles and smiles from surrounding people and even Julian himself "you know your cute when you talk about something you so passionate about right?" Julian says with a sly smirk as he wraps his arms around Y/N's waist and leans his chin on their shoulder. Y/n slowly moved their hands up and intertwine their fingers with Julian's as they lay on their hips as the display begins. Y/N's eyes light up with such glee and admiration which Julian finds adorable.  As the Fireworks continue to light up the sky Julian turns his head to Y/N's ear
"You know I couldn't think of anything better than staying in this moment with you forever" he takes a moment to bring Y/N's hand up to his lips to place a small kiss tho their hand "every day I feel myself loving you more than the last"
Y/N slowly turns around and snakes their arms around the cocky plague doctors neck with his arms still placed around their hips
"Julian Devorak have you gone soft on me?" Y/n asks with their eyebrow slightly raised
"Well if you must know I feel the same happening to me. I don't ever want this moment to end,I want to be your comfort and give you more of my love each and everyday"
Julian looks down to Y/N while placing a strand of their hair behind their ear
"Just promise me tomorrow that's all I ask"
Y/N looks deep into Julian's eyes with a glance of hope and love "I promise you tomorrow and the day after and all the days to come that we spend together"
