Chapter 15 - Forever and Ever

"D-dad? Dean? It's gone. But i'm dying. I'm happy."

"No you can't die. Not now. Liz, we still need you." Sam was crying now pulling Lizzie closer to him. Dean felt a few tears slide down his face.

Lizzie turned to look at Cas.

"T-thank you. I I I forgive you Cas. You s-saved me. Take care of them. For me." Cas nodded.

"Carry on my wayward sons." Lizzie coughed before slowly slipping into death.

Sam turned to Cas and grabbed him, roughly shoving him against the wall.

"What the hell is going on?! Talk!" Sam shouted into his face.

Cas sighed. "Before Gabriel was killed, he was possessed by Eldon. That was an angel that fell and became a demon. So when I found that Lizzie was blessed by Gabriel, I noticed something darker stirring there."

"And you didn't think to tell us?" Dean interjected.

"We has more important things to worry about! Anyways I looked into it and when I noticed a mark on her neck, I checked it out. It's was Eldon's branding symbol. I knew then it was a matter of time before the black day."

"Wait, she said Her time to go will be on the Black Day. What is the black day?" Dean asked.

"The day of the rising of Lucifer."

"Are you telling me my daughter was going to jumpstart the apocalypse?" Sam asked letting go of Cas.

"That's why I had to kill her. She sensed this darkness long ago and made me promise to rid her of it."

"Well can't we bring her back?"

Cas vanished after they decided to bring Lizzie back. He was gone for several days. Dean was trying to distract Sam by going hunting, but to no end.

They heard a commotion in the library and ran in. They saw Cas with his hands up as Lizzie held a knife to his throat.

"You thought you'd win? Look here pal." She spat. "You are in my territory now and now you will die for all the shit you did to me. Slashing, burning, and worse of all, raping me. You don't deserve to live in this world anymore."

Sam held up his hands. "Lizzie, it's me, Sam."

"Why didn't you come for me? I prayed to Castiel to come find me."

"Lizzie that is Cas you are going to kill, the man who kidnapped you, we killed him. This was a week ago sweetie."

She lowered the knife and looked at Cas. The knife dropped. Sam ran over and hugged her as tears came from her eyes.

"You're safe now Lizzie. Forever and ever."
