Lag ja gale ki fir yeh
haseen raat ho na ho...
(7 years ago)"Kavya's di is looking so pretty!" Exclaimed Nivedita while watching her best friend's sister taking pheras with her groom around the holy pyre.
Ehan, who had his eyes fixed upon Nivedita and not the elaborate wedding setup before him, exclaimed thereafter- "you will make a prettier bride when we marry!"
Nivedita was dressed in a red paper silk saree. When blood rose to her cheeks upon hearing Ehan's compliment, Ehan couldn't decide which shade seemed brighter- the one on the saree or the one on her face. Nevertheless, he found himself so bemused with her blush that he couldn't help but touch it with his fingertips.
"Gosh! You blush so much Nivi!!" He murmured dreamily as his fingers roamed on the delicacy of her glowing skin.
She blushed even more at that. Adding to it, there were goosebumps all over her body. She didn't know any better way to handle this sudden uprise of feelings. Hence, she just turned away her face from Ehan.
"You don't like it?" She managed to ask some time later.
"I love it." He replied with his typical huskiness. "But you know what do I love more?" He said and pointed towards her lakme matte red adorned lips. "This... it has been driving me crazy ever since I saw it!"
She bit her lips in response and couldn't dare to look into Ehan's eyes again.
Forget looking, she had to shut her own eyes when out of nowhere, Ehan asked her- "What does it taste like?.. This lipstick of yours... will you let me taste it for once? I am just so curious about it!!"
It tastes like chemical. She wanted to say. But stopped herself, knowing that it wasn't the right answer to Ehan's proposal. His proposal was no silly flirt afterall, neither it was his typical smugness. It was truely a serious sentence, meant directly from his heart and carried not a single ounce of lust in it. Nivedita knew this better than anyone else in this world.
"Come with me." She said to him as she held his hand, dragged him to a secluded corner of the garden where the wedding was taking place, and placed her lips upon his without any further adieu.
It was one brief moment of a passionate kiss. Wrapped in each other's arms, drenched in each other's fragrance, both of them continued kissing without really caring about anyone or anything on this planet, and broke apart only when they lacked oxygen in their system.
Nivedita wiped her lips then and asked to Ehan- "how does it taste? My lipstick??"
To her surprise, Ehan said exactly the same thing that she had been blabbering in her mind uptil now- "It tastes like chemical!"
A tiny laughter broke on her lips, the chiming sound of which enticed Ehan so much that he couldn't stop himself from turning on. Not to mention, their faces and lips molded into each other again, aiming for a slower kiss this time.
But unlike the deprivation of oxygen that happened last time, something else led Nivedita to break the kiss this time. It was something bulging, poking on her lower abdomen, and sending sensations in her whole body that she had never experienced before.
"What's this?" She murmured confusingly as she tore apart from Ehan's arms and looked downwards.
Ehan's face became flushed immediately. He knew that his proximity with Nivedita was doing weird things in his body, but this? A freaking errection? That too in such less time? He had bloody no idea about it!!
