Ulster, New York

"How do you guys even find these places?" Devin asked as they walked up to another abandoned building. After they made it to Ulster, they spent an hour looking for the perfect hideout.

"We just look for places near a town but still in the woods on google maps and then we go to them," Mils replied. They stepped inside the broken down building.

"Aw, this one isn't nearly as good as the last one. It's only got one floor," Chris complained.

"You'll be fine," Alexis reassured him.

"This looks pretty good. We'll stay here. Everyone will need to share rooms since there is only three. I guess you three," Jax said pointing to Alexis, Chris, and Devin, "can share a room, me Axel and Colby can share a room, and Hannah and Mils will also, you guessed it, be sharing a room."

"This fricken place, we don't even get our own rooms," Hannah muttered under her breath while storming off to put her stuff in her room.

"My god! The bean bag chair! We don't even have the beanbag chair!" Axel cried.

"I'm hungry. Where's the food?" Chris complained.

"Well, I brought all we could fit, but I'm sure Hannah will have some more in no time, right Hannah?" Mils yelled.

"I don't feel like it right now!" Hannah yelled back from her room.

"Ugh, she's so difficult sometimes," Mils mumbled.

"There's not even any wood for a fire here," Axel said. "I'm going to go get some wood and stuff for weapons, you wanna come Chris?"

"Can Mu Mu come, too?" Chris asked.

"Sure, why not," Axel said. "Yo, look at this, Chris!" Axel was standing next to a bin by the front door of the house.

"Oh my god, it's perfect!" Chris exclaimed. He was holding a ragged leash covered in dirt. It looked like it would break any second. Chris immediately tied it around Mu Mu's neck. He didn't have a collar. "Okay, we can go now," Chris said with a huge smile on his face.

"He's actually insane," Alexis muttered. Hannah burst out of her room and ran out the front door.

"I'll be back!" She yelled, already almost out of sight.

"What was that all about?" Devin asked.

"No idea," Jax concurred. "She does do weird stuff like that a lot, though."

"Are we gonna leave yet?" Chris complained. "I'm bored!" Axel started walking out of the house and Chris quickly followed behind.

"How old are you?" Axel asked.

"I'm a freshman," he told Axel.

"In middle school?" Axel smirked.

"I'm 15 dude!" Chris screeched

"Geez, calm down, I can't help it you're short," Axel retorted. Chris glared at Axel.

They soon arrived in town. It was a very busy town. There were no skyscrapers or mansions, just small homes, and shops. The streets were the busy part about the town. It seemed like 100 vehicles passed by every second.

"Okay, let's cross over there," Axel said pointing at a crosswalk. Chris looked at how far away the crosswalk was, picked up Mu Mu, and ran across the street right where they were. He somehow managed to canoodle his way past the speeding cars and buses and make it to the other side without a scratch. Axel looked at all the cars, then at Chris, who had a huge grin on his face, and walked over to the crosswalk and waited for the light to turn green. After a minute or two, Axel met Chris on the other side.
