(Michael's neighborhood)
It took me a while to get my composure back and finally get past the fact that my father may just ruin both Michael and I's life because of this. He shouldn't have got so close to me I shouldn't have even let him get so close.

Why did I even allow him to do all those stuff? I was so naïve to think that him acting that way towards me was ok to do.... or maybe I just wanted the attention.

"Hyugo what are you thinking of?" My mom asked as that brought me back to how she was still sitting on the floor with me.

I got myself off the floor and walked to the couch that me and Michael were just sitting on in each other's arms a few minutes ago. I took a seat on it and patted the seat next to me for my mother to sit. She quickly sat on that spot and I turned to look at her worried face I have no idea how she would react to what I was I about to tell her for all I know she could just start yelling at me like father was doing.

I studied mother's face as she patiently waited for me to start talking. Once I was ready to spill everything and see what the reaction was my mom interrupted me. "Hyugo you know I won't react as extremely as your father right?" I nodded "so just spill it out already."

"I think I may possibly like a boy a little bit," I said looking to see my mother's reaction to this and surprisingly she started to fiercely blush. "Mother are you ok shouldn't I be the one blushing my face off?" I asked feeling my face get red with her.

"Oh sorry Hyugo I just got so flustered I never thought my prideful son would admit to like a person much less a guy." She said shocked.

At that point, I was a weird mix of confusion and embarrassment. Why was mother reacting this way she should be yelling and slapping me forcing me to only like girls. Instead, she grabbed me and forced me into her embrace and whispered into my ears. "My son is finally growing up to be such a nice young man."

"Mom what do you mean by all this? This is the moment where you yell at me and say I'm just going through a phase and all" I said not really understanding.

"Well, are you?" She said seriously.

"I don't know" I honestly answered facing down to the floor.

"Then tell me about that boy and let me determine if it is really a phase or not." I looked at my mom in disbelief in what she said who in their right mind would even think that up. I have never heard of someone saying that at all. I looked at her and she seemed to be taking this matter very seriously.

I sighed and gave up telling her all about Michael.

I told her everything in how he was the first person to ever get into the school through the test and how he didn't treat me like everyone else did. That Michael didn't care who my father was and treated me the way I desired to be treated like garbage. I told mother how he taught me a bunch of stuff like how to be nice, through him himself is a very cold person, and how he was helping me with my studies. Michael taught me how people I only saw as peasants were really just like use and possibly better with positive mindsets and lots of determination.

After saying all that I moved onto the complicated part of what our relationship was.

I told mother about Michael confessing his love for me and saying he wasn't going to give up on me but actually make him like me back. The time he took me to see the view of the entire city and how that was the time I realized I couldn't see him as just an annoying person anymore and at some point started to enjoy all his attention.

Lastly, I finished off by explaining what happened today and how I was willingly letting Michael hold me in his arms and how that made me feel. Then how I felt when father was going to ruin his life because of what he witnessed. I then quickly went to this guard and cried my heart out to save him and not myself.

Once I was done going on and on about Michael and how I reacted towards him my mom smiled brightly at me. "Hyugo it seems that you actually like this guy." My mom said to me in all seriousness. I looked at her like she was growing a second head.

"How can you be so sure about that?" I said not too sure how she would tell.

Mom facepalmed herself as she groaned, "Ah this is the main reason I wanted to raise you and not your father."

"What do you mean." I asked.

"Now is not the time to explain how I failed to raise you as a normal human. You need to find Michael now and get things cleared up." She yelled at me bum-rushing me towards the house's exit.

"But-----" I wanted to make her stop but, it seems like she wasn't going to change her mind.

"Shut up and go get your mans." She finally said as she kicked me out of the house and locked the door.

I was now left alone outside my mansion dumbfounded in how a mother could just be so impulsive sometimes.

I started to walk away from the house and towards the last place, I actually wanted to be. I rang the doorbell but no one answered it, I rang it again still nothing. Was he ignoring me or something, after he was the one who pissed off my father.

I was getting ready to start yelling out and didn't care if I bothered the neighbors at this point but, two little girls grabbed my legs and yelled out my name.

I looked down and saw, what was their names, totally forgot but they were Michael's little sisters. "Michael, Michael you never told us that you were bringing Hyugo over again, we would have tried to dress up for him a little more." One of them said.

I looked up, adjusting my glasses on my nose correctly and saw Michael looking at me surprised as the other two rats were all over him.

"Hyugo why are you here?" He asked pushing the two boys off him and the two girls off me to grip my shoulder.

"I...uh...I don't really know." I said not figuring out what I was actually going to say if I saw him.

Michael looked me up and down and sighed as he unlocked the house and shoved all of us inside.

I took off my shoes and helping the two girls, while Michael did the boys and the four of them went on their way to the living room laughing and yelling amongst themselves. This just left me and Michael all by ourselves.
