Chapter 2 - Agreements

Caroline's P.O.V

"Good Morning Mr Power Loader Sir!" I greeted my homeroom teacher.

"Mr Maijima is fine miss Shinsou. Also Nezu has an offer for you. He said if you can keep your grades up, you can take part in class 1A's practical hero work. If you agree you can use the support whenever you want till I need to go home." Power loader instructed to the girl.

"Really?!"

"Yes. If you agree, this would mean you'd miss orientation though as they have a practical right now." He explained.

"Okay! What do I do?" I asked.

"Go get changed into your PE kit and go meet them on the pitch outside. Aizawa's already been told you might be joining them. I'll give you your altered Time table afterwards ok."

"Yep! Bye then!" I cheered and ran out with my bag to the changing room. It was empty so I assume ether class 1A wasn't here yet or they're already out there.

I quickly got changed and put my things away before running to the pitch. It wasn't far so I got there quiet quickly.

"So you decided to take up Nezu's offer. As long as you don't fall behind or drag the class down then you can stay. If you start falling behind in anything you will be changed back to the regular timetable." He explained as his class stared at me confused.

"Yes sir!" I saluted before skipping over to my brother, who simply put his arm on the head and turned back to Mr Aizawa.

"Bakugo you got the highest score on the entrance exam. What's the furthest you could do a soft ball throw."

"67 meters I think."

"Right, try doing it with your quirk. Anything goes just stay inside the circle."

"Alright you asked for it."

He through the ball with an explosion but I'm bored just standing here.

"Are you paying attention?" Toshi whispered to me.

"Sort of." I mumbled back.

"Lets begin."

Time skip

"Well that was fun! Kill the energy too!" I giggled.

"Did you remember to take your meds this morning?" Toshi asked me. "You don't want to get sick again."

"It's okay! I remembered but I got to go to medical to get my lunch time ones later. Will you come with me?" I asked.

"Sure."

Then Aizawa pulled up the list of rankings

19th Hitoshi Shinsou.

20th Caroline Shinsou.

21st Izuku Midoriya.

"I was joking about sending you home. Class dismissed. Shinsou siblings come with me please." Aizawa asked.

"Yes Sir?" I ask.

"You both have mental quirks correct?" He asked.

"Yeah. Basically." Shinsou agreed.

"Well do you want to learn to use different types of capture gear?" he ask us.

"Okay!" I cheered.

"Sure." Shinsou nodded.

"We'll do extra training after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Now go back to class." He told us as I turned and skipped off.

Time skip

"Hey mum! We're home!" I yelled excited running in, Toshi followed more calmly behind us. "Guess what happened today!"

"What my little spit fire?!" Mum asked just as excited as me.

"Well, you know I told you about my teacher Power loader. When he was in school he did hero training and support training so he has a licence in both areas! He offered me the same thing so I do practical hero work with Toshi's class! When my class have P.E I can ether go to the library to study or the tech room used to make support items to do extra work. This means I can get a licence in both! Isn't that cool!" I cheered quickly.

"Oh wow. Your so amazing butterfly. How about you my little soldier. How was your first day to becoming a hero?" Mum asked Toshi as he got the capture gear sheets out his bag to look through.

"It was good. My homeroom teacher knows to keep the class focus and is scary enough to make the clowns work but still cares for our wellbeing. He even gave me this to look through with sis and see what capture gear we want to use to increase our abilities. He'll give us a week to ether choose one or design one, then he'll teach us to use it after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Mr Aizawa was really nice to offer to help us. Wasn't he sis?" Toshi explained to mum.

"Yeah! He's Eraser Head and underground hero who can Erase people's quirks like I can! He noticed that we have mental based quirks that wont always work in battle, like if the enemy knows not to talk to Toshi or to keep out my line of sight, so he offered to help us find other ways to improve our fighting capabilities!" I cheered.

"Eraser head? Mr Aizawa? It wasn't Shota Aizawa by any chance?" Mum asked looking really nervous.

"Yeah, how'd you know?" Toshi asked turning around to look at mum.

"Oh I went to school with him before I moved to America." Mum explained.

"Wow! That so cool mum!" I cheered.

"By the way. I've got another mission soon. It should only take a few days to you'll be on your own for that time. You're grandmother returned to America to be with my brother and his family for a while so she can't watch you this time. Will you be ok?" She asked.

"We'll be fine mama! We always are. We've got each other after and we'll always stick together. Right bro!" I yelled hugging Toshi.

"Of cause sis." He replied returning my hug and resting his head on mine as I'm a short stack like my mama.

"Ok. I'm leaving in two weeks. When I do I'll leave you plenty of money. Now I don't expect to be gone that long but I'll leave enough for a month like always ok." She warned.

"It's fine mum really. We better start looking though these now. Come on sis sit still." Toshi said as I fidgeted in my seat.

"Yes sir." I said looking at the sheets he placed between us and the variety of gear we could choose from.
