The Meaning of Friendship ✔

Chapter 7

I was outside on the patio of Jisoo's loft. I start messing around on her keyboard, I started playing a song from Final Fantasy XIII-2 soundtrack. Its one of my favorite songs, the song is one of the reasons I found out that I could sing.

I started singing, what I didn't know that Jisoo was doing her Vlive. I kinda heard her in the background, introducing me as her bestfriend who is heart broken. She tells everyone that I just been hired, I officially start at Bighit tomorrow as a choreographer and not an Idol.
I stop playing, I heard my phone going off. I picked up my phone, to see one message.

Text From Jungkook:
J: I'm sorry, you didn't hear the rest of the conversation. Meet me at the corner shop in 15 minutes please.

I looked at Jisoo, you planned this didn't you I asked her. You see Min Yoongi called me during my video, he told me what happened. I facepalm, Ji you can't keep trying to fix my heartbreaks. She said its her rite, because its her duty as my bestfriend to try and make me happy.

I looked at her, I grab my helmet.  I'll be back, I gotta go meet someone. I'll be back before dinner though, I don't want to be alone tonight. Can I invite a few people for dinner? She says yes, Can I borrow your car then? I lend you my baby, 🙏 please? Because the ones I plan on inviting are 2 Oppa's. She gives me look, 👉👈 Jimin and V. She hands me her keys, I hear her yell no speeding. Yes Unnie, I run before she can chase me.

I make it to the shop, I grab a few Ice creams. Not knowing what he liked, I grabbed a few bars of strawberry and 12 other flavors. As I was eating my second bar, I feel a tap on my shoulder to see the Maknae line. I smh, I hand them the bag and gesture for them to sit.

[Jungkook's POV]
I look at her and give her a small smile. Zion, I'm sorry for not talking to you more in school. She raised her eyebrow at me, I showed her the yearbook of one of our classes where there is a picture of the two of us. She lets out a giggle that was so cute, I swear I swooned and my cheeks tinted red and my ears were feeling hot. I'm sorry for calling you a brat, I got on my knees asking for forgiveness 🙏. Forgive me giving her my bunny pout.

[Zion's POV]
My heart flopped when he got on his knees, Jungkook Oppa please get up. I forgive please don't pout, I looked at them. Come on you 3 are coming with me for dinner, text your hyungs you'll be back later. When I stood up and stretched, my top going up revealing my abs. I pulled it down, turning around embarrassed that they saw it. I turned back around and saw this:

I smh, come on kids lets go to the car. I hear Jimin shout shotgun, YAH don't dent the car its my bestfriends. I text Yuyu, don't come tomorrow everything was a huge misunderstanding. She texted me back, we'll see I dont really believe you. I pouted, i got into the car. Uhh Jungkook Oppa, about tomorrow it was all you Hyungs fault. It was his idea to invite my cousin, so I'm going to apologize now before its to late. My cousin isn't a guy but you know this person, so yeah. I'm not going to say anything else.

We arrived at Ji's house, wait behave okay because this my bestfriends house. If you don't, lets just say I'm allowed to give out penalties. They laughed, they must think I'm joking. Wait, I call uncle. Please tell the boys that I'm allowed to hand out penalties. She is, he replied and hung up. But I heard my Aunt's laughter in the background, I shook out from my thoughts.

When I opened the front door, I smell burnt food. Ji I call out, I thought I was making dinner? I ran to open all the windows, I see V go to the kitchen. I pull him back, don't go in there. Go play video games in the living room with the other two, I gotta do damage control. I walk in to see Ji, dancing and burnt meat in the pan. I tap her butt, she jumped up ready to hit me when I caught her fist. I gave her a really look, I motion to the pan. She started crying, I held her I told her go fix her face. The boys are here, they have taken over your video game consoles.

She ran to the bathroom, I took off my Leather jacket and hoodie. I was in a sleeveless half shirt, I put up my hair. I got to work, I threw away the mystery meat and pan. I got the chicken and vegetables, I'm making chinese dishes tonight. I grabbed the chow mein and lo mein noodles, lets get it. About 45 minutes later, I felt arms around me. It was ji, with her face in my neck. If you looked at us from the side, it looked like she was kissing on my neck. It as fine, I didn't care but next thing I knew Jimin Oppa came in and said he wanted a hug too.

These two are so alike, Ji told him I gave the best hugs. He said, he'll be the judge of that. I lowered down the food, I went to the sink and washed my hands. I turned around to dry them, when I'm pulled into his chest. O..oppa I looked onto his eyes, give me a hug please he said. I smiled and wrapped my arms around his neck and held onto him, I got on my tippy toes. Oppa what are you doing, I'm trying to make someone jealous he whispered in my ears. Oppa, do you like my hugs?

He nodded a yes in my neck, he said he could hold me forever and not get tired of it. Oppa I gotta finish cooking, he let go but then he held me from behind. I was blushing so hard, I was rendered speechless. Alright go call the others dinners ready. I grabbed the plates, my heart was beating 100 mph minute. I've never been held like that before, besides Ji but not a boy well a man anyway. This was a first, Ji came in and took one look at me to see me blushing. Congrats, she says outloud youve had your first backhug from a man. I swatted her away, blushing even more. I grabbed the drinks, bringing them to the table. I turned around, I ran into a chest of the one and only Jungkook. He looked at me tilting his head in a way, that wanted me to fangirl and faint right there.

What the fuck Zion, get a grip! You can't, no you can't. You can't fall in love, thats a big no no. But for some reason when he did that, I thought of Jimin's arms around me. I looked at him, I cleared my throat and said it time for dinner.
