"Oh, that's great. I hope you guys don't break up again."
He looks at me for a split second but nods his head.
"Thanks," he said
We packed up our stuff and went on our ways back home.
TIME SKIP
I plopped onto my bed and cried into my pillow.
Why me! I tried so hard to keep them apart but they still ended up together! I don't even know how they even got back together.

Owen was a bit different today. He usually is calm and collected, but today he was jittery. And when I mentioned that Natalie and I got back together, it seemed as if he had found out that a loved one has passed.
